dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація за темою «Підсистема «Індивідуальний план викладача»» виконана студентом кафедри інженерії програмного забезпечення в енергетиці НН ІАТЕ Защиком Михаїлом Олександровичем зі спеціальності 121 «Інженерія програмного забезпечення» за освітньо-професійною програмою «Інженерія програмного забезпечення інтелектуальних кібер-фізичних систем в енергетиці» і складається з: вступу; 6 розділів («Постановка завдання. Опис предметної області», «Огляд існуючих аналогів», «Засоби розробки підсистеми «Індивідуальний план викладача»», «Опис програмної реалізації», «Робота користувача з програмною системою» і «Розробка стартап-проекту»), висновків до кожного з цих розділів; загальних висновків; списку використаних джерел, який налічує 30 джерел; 60 ілюстрацій; 12 таблиць та 3 додатки. Загальний обсяг роботи 122 сторінки. Актуальність теми. Впровадження інформаційних технологій у сучасну освіту збільшує ефективність організації та управління навчальним процесом. Вони допомагають ефективно взаємодіяти зі студентами, покращують адміністративні процеси та допомагають викладачам реалізовувати нові методи та засоби навчання, що сприяє підвищенню якості освіти. Однією з ключових складових забезпечення навчально-педагогічної діяльності є розробка та впровадження системи, яка могла б зменшити або повністю замінити процеси, що потребують рутинної ручної роботи, а саме розподіл навантаження на кафедрі та заповнення викладачами індивідуальних планів. Мета роботи є створення інформаційної системи, призначеної для формування індивідуальних планів викладачів кафедри, яка буде підсистемою системи інформаційного забезпечення формування навчальних планів кафедри та розподілу навантаження викладачів кафедри. Об'єктом дослідження є процес формування індивідуальних планів викладачів кафедри. Предметом дослідження є автоматизація процесу формування індивідуальних планів викладачів кафедри. Завдання наукового дослідження: - проаналізувати та порівняти існуючих рішень; - проаналізувати та обрати засоби та технології для розробки системи; - розробити структуру класів, які описують дані, що необхідні для формування індивідуального плану; - розробити клієнтську та серверну частин системи; - розробити модуль, що відповідає за формування Word-файлу індивідуального плану; - розробити модуль, що відповідає за парсинг Excel-файлу з навантаженням викладача; - провести тестування системи. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Отримана в результаті роботи інформаційна система може бути застосована в освітній галузі викладачами кафедри для роботи з індивідуальними планами. Апробація результатів дисертації. Основні положення роботи доповідались і обговорювались на XVІ міжнародній науково-практичній конференції «Інформаційні технології і автоматизація – 2023», Одеса, 19-20 жовтня 2023 р. Публікації. dc.description.abstractotherThe master's thesis on the topic "Subsystem "Individual Teacher's Plan"" was completed by Mykhail Oleksandrovych Zashchyk, a student of the Department of Software Engineering at the National Institute of Energy of IATE from the specialty 121 "Software Engineering" under the educational and professional program "Software Engineering of Intelligent Cyber-Physical Systems in Energy Industry" and consists of: introduction; 6 chapters ("Problem Statement. Description of the subject area", "Review of existing analogues", "Development tools", "Description of the software implementation", "User's work with the software system" and "Development of a startup project"), conclusions to each of these chapters; general conclusions; a list of references that includes 30 sources; 60 illustrations; 12 tables; and 3 appendices. The total volume of the work is 122 pages. Relevance of the topic. The introduction of information technologies in modern education increases the efficiency of organizing and managing the educational process. They help to effectively interact with students, improve administrative processes and help teachers implement new teaching methods and tools, which contributes to improving the quality of education. One of the key components of educational and pedagogical activities is the development and implementation of a system that could reduce or completely replace processes that require routine manual work, such as the distribution of the workload at the department and the filling in of individual plans by educational workers. The purpose of the work is to create an information system designed to form individual plans of the department's teachers, which will be a subsystem of the information support system for the formation of the department's curriculum and distribution of the department's teachers' workload. The object of research is the process of forming individual plans of the department's teachers. The subject of the research is the automation of the process of forming individual plans of the department's teachers. Objectives of the research: - analyze and compare existing solutions; - analyze and select tools and technologies for system development; - develop a structure of classes that describe the data required to form an individual plan; - develop the client and server parts of the system; - develop a module responsible for generating a word file of an individual plan; - develop a module responsible for parsing the excel file with the teacher's workload; - perform system testing. Methods of research. The method of analyzing the functionality of existing analogues of information systems, the method of designing the architecture of the information system. Practical value of obtained results. The information system obtained as a result of the work can be used in the educational field by teachers of the department to work with individual plans. Approbation of dissertation results. The main provisions of the work were presented and discussed at the XVI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Technology and Automation - 2023". Odesa, October 19-20, 2023. Publications. The results of the master's thesis research are presented in 1 publication.uk
