Анотація

Adaptive physical education is an important direction in sports activities that helps people with disabilities improve their health, strengthen muscles and maintain their overall physical condition. There are several types of adaptive physical education, each of which has its own characteristics and goals. Types of adaptive physical education and their features: 1. Therapeutic physical education - aimed at restoring and improving people's health after injuries, surgeries or illnesses. The main principles are gradualism, individual approach and smooth movements. 2. Sports adaptive physical education - designed for people with disabilities who want to play sports. Includes various types of sports, as well as training and competitions. 3. Rehabilitation physical education - aimed at restoring body functions after a long period of illness or lack of physical activity. Has many methods and exercises that promote rapid recovery. 4. Paralympic physical education. This type of adaptive physical education is aimed at athletes with disabilities participating in Paralympic competitions. Training includes special exercises and methods aimed at developing sports skills and physical qualities. 5. Inclusive physical education. This type of adaptive physical education is aimed at uniting people with disabilities and people without such limitations in a single process of physical exercise. The goal of inclusive physical education is to create equal opportunities for all participants and maintain a healthy lifestyle. 6. Adaptive physical education for the elderly. This type of adaptive physical education is aimed at elderly people, taking into account their physiological characteristics and limitations. The programs include exercises to maintain health, strengthen muscles and joints, and improve coordination of movements. The theory of adaptive physical education as a science studies the content, structure, functions, its purpose, principles, tasks and means, the specifics of the activities of those involved and specialists in this field; develops a conceptual apparatus, and also studies the goals, tasks, methods, content of various components (types), substantiates and tests in practice its new types and forms aimed at satisfying the various needs of individuals with health problems, including the disabled.
