dc.description.abstractДипломна робота містить 108 сторінок, 44 таблиць, 20 рисунків, 3 формул, додаток. Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена з необхідністю вдосконалення і розширення методів оцінювання конкурентоспроможності організацій для оптимізації управлінських рішень. Магістерську дисертацію на здобуття ступеня магістра виконано в Національному технічному університеті України «КПІ імені Ігоря Сікорського» (м. Київ) згідно з планом науково-дослідних робіт кафедри менеджменту за темою: «Управління конкурентоспроможністю у забезпеченні прибутковості підприємства» – роль автора полягає в розробленні моделі BSC для комплексної оцінки логістичної системи підприємства з її характерними особливостями. Метою даної роботи є розгляд та аналіз сутності процесу управління конкурентоспроможністю, сформувати причини необхідності управління конкурентоспроможністю та пояснити можливість впливу конкурентоспроможності на чистий прибуток підприємства. Обгрунтувати значення конкурентоспроможності для функціонування підприємства та посилення його конкурентної позиції. Поставлена мета дослідження обумовила необхідність вирішення таких завдань: аналіз підходів до визначення поняття конкурентоспроможності підприємства, та визначення показників принципів дотримання яких сприятиме якісному здійсненню такої оцінки та отриманню достовірних показників. Об’єкт дослідження: процес забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Предмет дослідження: управління процесом конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Методи дослідження: в роботі використано методи прогнозування, балансовий метод, метод експертних оцінок, метод пояснень. Магістрантом було розроблено систему збалансованих показників BSC саме для логістичного підприємства для аналізу сильних і слабких сторін підприємства та виявлення конкурентних переваг. Впровадження запропонованого автором проекту дасть можливість захопити нову частку ринку логістичних послуг, на якій ще не має великих гравців, новий сегмент ринку дасть ряд конкурентних переваг підприємству в порівнянні з підприємствами, що надають аналогічні послугиuk
dc.description.abstractenThe thesis contains 108 pages, 44 tables, 20 figures, 3 formulas, application. The relevance of the research topic is due to the need to improve and expand methods of assessing the competitiveness of organizations to optimize management decisions. Master's Thesis for Master's Degree was performed at the National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI named after Igor Sikorsky" (Kyiv) according to the plan of research works of the Department of Management on the topic: "Managing competitiveness in ensuring the profitability of the enterprise" - the author's role is to develop a model BSC for comprehensive evaluation of the logistics system of the enterprise with its characteristic features. The purpose of this work is to review and analyze the essence of the competitiveness management process, to formulate the reasons for the need to manage competitiveness and to explain the possibility of competitiveness impact on the net profit of the enterprise. To substantiate the importance of competitiveness for the functioning of the enterprise and strengthening its competitive position. The aim of the study led to the need to solve the following problems: the analysis of approaches to the definition of the concept of competitiveness of the enterprise, and the definition of indicators of the principles of adherence which will contribute to the quality of such evaluation and to obtain reliable indicators. Object of study: the process of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise. Subject of research: management of the enterprise competitive process. Research Methods: The methods of forecasting, the balance method, the method of expert estimations, the method of explanations are used in the work. The undergraduate has developed a system of balanced BSC indicators for the logistics enterprise to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise and identify competitive advantages. The introduction of the project proposed by the author will allow to capture a new share of the market of logistics services, which is not yet large players, a new segment of the market will give a number of competitive advantages to the enterprise in comparison with enterprises providing similar services.uk
