dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано авторський підхід до вивчення проблеми лідерства як парадигми управління в кризових умовах життєдіяльності, метою якого є розширення меж дослідницьких можливостей розв’язання проблеми управління безпекою в умовах озброєного протистояння в центрі Європи. Досліджено теоретичні витоки, становлення та розвиток лідерства як соціального явища, що визначає регулятивні основи мислення, вибудовування комунікацій та управління в контексті сприяння розв’язанню кризових ситуацій, турботи про колективну безпеку й збереження життя. Обґрунтовано сутність парадигми лідерства як сукупності теоретичних, методологічних, аксіологічних та методичних настанов розв’язання пізнавальних і практичних проблем управління в інтересах забезпечення безпеки людини, суспільства і держави, відповідно до яких будується знання про лідерство в історико-культурному контексті зростання ризиків та екзистенційних загроз. Визначено безпекову функцію лідерства, що спрямована на формування соціально-психологічних та організаційних компетентностей, щодо забезпечення особистої та колективної безпеки на підставі норм права, європейських та євроатлантичних стандартів організації професійної діяльності в ситуаціях підвищеного ризику в умовах режиму воєнного стану. Показано, що лідерство як парадигма управління в кризових умовах є теоретичною підставою переформатування управлінської діяльності та людських стосунків на ціннісних підвалинах збереження людського життя й безпеки країни. Розкрито зміст аксіологічного складника лідерства, що утворюється на підставі історично сформованих смислів життя, відповідних цінностей та потреб в індивідуальній та колективній безпеці. Зауважено, що в умовах війни питання лідерства як регулятивного інструменту підтримання національної безпеки й озброєного обстоювання інтересів держави набуває значущості та потребує зосередження уваги науковців та освітян, зокрема у сфері військової освіти.
dc.description.abstractotherThe article substantiates the author’s approach to studying the problem of leadership as a paradigm of management in crisis conditions of life, the purpose of which is to expand the boundaries of research possibilities for solving the problem of security in conditions of armed confrontation in central Europe. The theoretical origins, formation and development of leadership as a social phenomenon that determines the regulatory foundations of thinking and management in the context of promoting the resolution of crisis situations, caring for collective security and preserving life are investigated. The essence of the leadership paradigm is substantiated as a set of theoretical, methodological, axiological and methodological guidelines for solving cognitive and practical management problems in the interests of ensuring the security of man and society according to which knowledge about leadership is built in the historical and cultural context of increasing risks and existential threats. The security function of leadership has been defined, which is aimed at the formation of socio-psychological and organizational competencies to ensure personal and collective security on the basis of European norms and standards for organizing professional activities in situations of increased risk. It is shown that leadership as a paradigm of management in crisis conditions is the theoretical basis for reformatting managerial activities and human relations on the value foundations of preserving human life and the security of the country. The content of the axiological component of leadership, which is formed on the basis of historically formed meanings of life, corresponding values and needs for individual and collective security, is revealed. It is noted that in conditions of war, the issue of leadership as a regulatory instrument for maintaining national security and armed defense of the interests of the state, acquires significance and requires of attention of scientists and educators, in particular in the field of military education.
