| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглядається новий трансформаційний підхід до виробничих процесів Індустрія 5.0. Оскільки Індустрія 5.0 представляє наступний етап промислової еволюції, спираючись на досягнення Індустрія 4.0, приділяючи більший акцент інноваціям, орієнтованим на людину, персоналізації, екологічності та інтеграції передових технологій для підвищення людських можливостей, наголошуючи на персоналізації, співпраці між людьми та машинами, еколо- гічності та інтеграції передових технологій. У той час як Індустрія 4.0 все ще зосереджена насамперед на економіч- них цілях, яких потрібно досягти шляхом цифрової трансформації та автоматизації монотонних робочих процесів, Індустрія 5.0 так само несе соціальні та екологічні цілі. Відштовхуючись від новітніх тенденцій, які запропоновані в Індустрія 5.0, проводиться аналіз змін, які були зроблені у методологічних підходах до управління проєктами на базі останніх редакцій PMBOK Зведення сукупності знань з управління проєктами. | |
| dc.description.abstractother | Objective. Researchers believe Industry 5.0 has the potential to transcend the profit-driven focus of Industry 4.0, promoting sustainable development goals like human-centricity, socio-environmental sustainability, and resilience. However, understanding how this poorly defined concept can deliver its promised sustainability values is limited. To address this, the article introduced an Industry 5.0 reference model describing its technical and functional properties and conducted a content-centric literature synthesis to identify Industry 5.0’s sustainable development functions. Methods. Using interpretive structural modeling (ISM), the study identified sequential relationships among these functions, constructing an Industry 5.0-enabled sustainable development model. Also during this study was analyzed a lot of theoretical information and used the following methods like, comparison method, abstraction method, analysis and synthesis. Opinions from Industry 5.0 experts were collected through panel meetings. Industry 5.0 introduces a new paradigm shift. While Industry 4.0 focuses on economic objectives through digital transformation and automation, Industry 5.0 incorporates social and ecological goals, emphasizing holistic, sustainable, and human-centered value creation. This increases digitalization complexity by implementing direct human-machine collaboration. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face significant challenges due to limited resources for digitalization strategies. Despite Industry 5.0’s sustainability hype, its mechanisms for delivering socio-environmental values are understudied. A content-centric literature review identified functions through which Industry 5.0 can boost sustainable manufacturing. This study explores the relationship between Industry 4.0, Industry 5.0, project management, and sustainability through a systematic literature review. A structured summary facilitated the data analysis, revealing that IoT and Big Data are the most cited technologies and other technologies. Results. The author described the impact of Industry 5.0 to changes that impact methodological approaches based on PMBoK methodology and identify the main criterias of Industry 5.0 and new project management approaches. Scientific novelty. During the researching of the articles there are no studies related to changes in project management and implementing sustainability and transformation approaches in project management domains. There are a lot of studies in human relations, supply chains, constructions, operation management but there is no or a small amount of work impact of Industry 4.0 or 5.0 to a project management Practical significance. There is an expectation that this work will give the ability to start researching changes that we see in business digitalization and how this is impacting the sustainable management concepts and specifically project management. | |
