dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей формування комунікаційної стратегії держави для досягнення Цілей сталого розвитку. У роботі було досліджено сутність і особливості реалізації комунікацій в системі публічного управління. Було проаналізовано особливості реалізації стратегічного підходу в комунікаційній політиці держави. Досліджено та визначено основні компоненти комунікаційної стратегії держави. Належне місце у кваліфікаційній роботі приділено аналізу міжнародного досвіду застосування комунікаційних стратегій для реалізації Цілей сталого розвитку. Зокрема, досліджено особливості застосування комунікаційних стратегій у країнах Північної Америки та Азії. Проаналізовано комунікаційні стратегії країн Європи, здійснено аналіз кращих практик, обґрунтовано напрями їх реалізації в України. Також у роботі були визначено критерії ефективності комунікативних стратегій. Було здійснено аналіз сучасного стану застосування державних інструментів управління комунікаціями в Україні. В ході проведеного дослідження була розроблена модель розвитку комунікаційних стратегій України в системі досягнення Цілей сталого розвитку.
dc.description.abstractotherThe qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of the communication strategy of the state to achieve the Goals of sustainable development. The work investigated the essence and peculiarities of the implementation of communications in the public administration system. The peculiarities of the implementation of the strategic approach in the communication policy of the state were analyzed. The main components of the communication strategy of the state were studied and determined. In the qualification work, an analysis of the international experience of applying communication strategies for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals was carried out. Peculiarities of the application of communication strategies in the countries of North America and Asia are studied. The communication strategies of European countries were analyzed, the best practices were analyzed, and appropriate lessons for Ukraine were formulated. Also, the criteria of effectiveness of communicative strategies were determined in the work. An analysis of the current state of application of state communication management tools in Ukraine was carried out. In the course of the conductedresearch, a model of the development of communication strategies of Ukraine in the system of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals was developed.
