dc.description.abstractПропоноване дослідження аналізує вплив розподілу доходів від легальних азартних ігор на суспільство. Стаття спрямована на визначення ефективності використання доходів від грального бізнесу у підтримку освіти, охорони здоров’я та розвитку місцевих громад. Мета дослідження полягає у вивченні розподілу доходів від легальних азартних ігор та їх впливу на суспільство. Для досягнення цієї мети використовувались аналіз законодавства, статистичні дані та літературні джерела, щоб оцінити, як доходи від азартних ігор використовуються для надання ключових послуг, таких як освіта та охорона здоров’я, та підтримки економічного розвитку місцевих громад. Отримані результати підкреслюють, що ефективне використання гральних доходів може бути ключовим чинником у підтримці соціальних програм. Крім того, наголошується на необхідності вдосконалення механізмів регулювання та забезпечення прозорості використання гральних доходів для досягнення максимального соціального ефекту.
dc.description.abstractotherThe proposed study analyses the impact of distribution of revenue generated from legal gambling activities influences society. Specifically, it aims to evaluate the efficacy of allocating funds from gambling proceeds towards bolstering education, healthcare initiatives, and fostering development within local communities. The research objective is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of how revenue generated from legal gambling is distributed and the consequent effects it has on various aspects of society. This entails examining the mechanisms through which gambling revenue is allocated and utilized, as well as evaluating the broader societal implications of these practices. The research aims to explore the potential benefits and challenges associ- ated with using gambling revenue to support social programs and initiatives. By delving into these aspects, the study aims to provide insights into the effectiveness of utilizing gambling revenue as a source of funding for societal needs and to identify areas for potential improvement in revenue distribution practices to maximize positive societal impact. To achieve this goal, the study employed a multifaceted approach, integrating legislative analysis, statistical data analysis, and review of relevant litera- ture sources. Through legislation analysis, the research examined existing laws and regulations governing the distribution of gambling revenues, aiming to understand the legal frameworks dictating how these funds are allocated. Additionally, a thorough review of literature sources was undertaken to contextualize the findings within existing scholarly discourse and to gain insights from previous research on similar topics. By triangulating these methodologies, the study aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the utilization of gambling revenues and their impact on society. The findings highlight that efficient utiliza- tion of gambling revenues can be a key factor in supporting social programs. Additionally, emphasis is placed on the need to enhance regulatory mechanisms and ensure transparency in the use of gambling revenues to achieve maximum social impact.
