Гулієнко. – К., 2025. Викон. – А. Д. Вакуліна – Бібліогр.: с. 193. Пояснювальна записка складається зі вступу, восьми розділів, висновків шести додатків і списку посилань 51 з найменувань. Загальний обсяг записки становить 193 сторінок, з них 137 сторінок основного тексту, 28 рисунків, 25 таблиць. Мета магістерської дисертації – є модернізація установки виробництва аміносмол з розробкою сушарки та змішувача. Записка містить опис технологічного процесу, вибір типу апаратів, їх місце в технологічній схемі, технічну характеристику апаратів, обґрунтування вибору конструкцій апаратів, що проектуються і принцип дії їх основних складальних одиниць та деталей, порівняння основних показників розробленої конструкції апаратів з аналогами, патентне дослідження конструкцій апаратів. Наведено заходи, щодо охорони праці, рекомендації з монтажу та експлуатації. Проведено модернізацію установки сушіння та розроблено стартап проект. Проведено розрахунки, що підтверджують працездатність та надійність конструкцій апаратів. Визначено рівень стандартизації та уніфікації. Розроблено автоматичну схему керуванням процесом.

V. Gulienko. – K., 2025. Executor – A. D. Vakulina – Bibliogr.: p. 193. The explanatory note consists of an introduction, eight chapters, conclusions, six appendices, and a list of 51 references. The total volume of the note is 193 pages, including 137 pages of main text, 28 figures, 25 tables. The aim of the master's dissertation is the modernization of the amino resin production installation with the development of a dryer and mixer. The note contains a description of the technological process, selection of the type of apparatuses, their place in the technological scheme, technical characteristics of the apparatuses, justification for the choice of the designed apparatus constructions and the operating principle of their main assembly units and parts, comparison of the main indicators of the developed apparatus design with analogues, patent research of apparatus constructions. Occupational safety measures, recommendations for installation and operation are provided. Modernization of the drying installation has been carried out and a startup project has been developed. Calculations confirming the operability and reliability of the apparatus constructions have been performed. The level of standardization and unification has been determined. An automatic process control scheme has been developed.
