dc.description.abstracten | The problem of special psycho-emotional defects is common among professionals of helping professions. These conditions are diagnosed as a syndrome of emotional burnout and lack of treatment can lead to permanent loss of competence. The great interest of scientists is the specificity of syndrome of emotional burnout among social work professionals. The special nature of social work, the constant emotional involvement in the problems of their clients, their weak motivation - on the one hand, and the lack of psychological security of social workers themselves, are the factors of increased risk of emotional burnout. The actuality of the search methods and technologies for prevention, early detection and treatment of syndrome of emotional burnout is determined by the negative consequences of this state for a specialist of social work, its customers, as well as systems of social work in general. One effective of the effective ways to overcome syndrome of emotional burnout is its prevention by means of supervision work. Supervision in this aspect acts as a purposeful, reasonable and systematic interaction of a specialist supervisor with a practicing social worker, who has features of emotional stress or other psycho-emotional problems related to his professional activities. Supervision sessions with social workers with similar characteristics will help rationalize the crisis, will make it possible to understand it from a professional position. Supervision work in small groups in which each participant in turn serves as a social worker - client - the observer, is aimed at solving a number of problems: professional personal growth of each participant; awareness of the influence of traumatic contacts with customers, developing the skills of self-regulation and removal of emotional stress. | uk |
