dc.description.abstractМета роботи полягає у дослідженні практичних підходів активізації інвестиційної діяльності в сучасних умовах господарювання. У роботі застосовано методи економічного аналізу, порівняння, системного підходу, коефіцієнтного аналізу, а також інші емпіричні та теоретичні методи. У роботі здійснено оцінювання поточного стану інвестиційної діяльності підприємства, запропоновано напрями підвищення її активізації та ефективності у контексті ESG, зокрема, запропоновано виробництво органічного добрива з побічної продукції від основної діяльності, що дозволить збільшити EBITDA на 7 949 тисяч гривень вже у наступний рік після реалізації проєкту, а також дозволить отримати економію витрат у розмірі -322,8 тисяч гривень/рік. Об’єкт дослідження – активізація інвестиційної діяльності підприємства в умовах сучасності. Предмет дослідження – теоретичні засади та практичні підходи до активізації інвестиційної діяльності підприємства за сучасних економічних умов.
dc.description.abstractotherThe diploma thesis includes an introduction, one theoretical and two practical chapters, general conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The total volume of the diploma thesis comprises 99 pages, includes 22 figures, 29 tables, and 1 appendix, as well as 44 bibliographic entries. The purpose of the thesis is to explore practical approaches to enhancing investment activity under current economic conditions. The study employs methods of economic analysis, comparison, systems approach, ratio analysis, as well as other empirical and theoretical methods. The paper assesses the current state of the enterprise's investment activity and proposes directions for increasing its intensity and efficiency in the context of ESG. In particular, it proposes the production of organic fertilizer from by-products of the core activity, which will allow an increase in EBITDA by 7,949 thousand UAH in the year following project implementation, as well as achieving cost savings of 322.8 thousand UAH per year. The object of the study – activation of the investment activity of the enterprise under current conditions. The subject of the study – theoretical foundations and practical approaches to the activation of the investment activity of the enterprise in the context of current economic conditions.
