dc.description.abstractУ статті проведено аналіз сучасного стану машинобудівної галузі України в умовах цифрової трансформації бізнесу. Досліджено динаміку розвитку у 2020–2025 рр. за такими показниками, як кількість активних підприємств, обсяги реалізованої продукції та індекс промислового виробництва. Виявлено основні проблеми, що стримують розвиток: застарілість виробничої бази, енергетична нестабільність, дефіцит кваліфікованих кадрів, перебої в логістиці та залежність від імпорту технологічного обладнання. Оцінено рівень цифрової готовності підприємств із застосуванням методології ADMA та здійснено порівняння з досвідом Польщі, що дозволило виокремити стратегічні напрями трансформації. До них належать модернізація виробничих потужностей, інтеграція у міжнародні ланцюги створення вартості, підвищення прозорості бізнес-процесів та поступове впровадження людиноцентричних і екологічних підходів. У підсумку зроблено висновок, що діджиталізація є визначальним чинником підвищення ефективності та стійкості підприємств машинобудування, а її успішна реалізація вимагає державної підтримки, залучення інвестицій та розвитку людського капіталу.
dc.description.abstractotherThe article analyzes the current state of Ukraine’s machine-building industry in the context of digital business transformation. The research examines industry dynamics from 2020 to 2025 through indicators such as the number of active enterprises, production volumes, and the industrial production index. The study identifies the most significant barriers to development, including outdated production facilities, energy instability, a shortage of skilled labor, logistics disruptions, and heavy dependence on imported technological equipment. To evaluate the level of digital readiness of enterprises, the ADMA framework was applied, and a comparative perspective with Poland was introduced. This approach enables the outlining of strategic directions for the industry's transformation. These include modernization of production capacities, integration into international value chains, improvement of process transparency, and the gradual adoption of human-centered and environmentally oriented approaches. The findings demonstrate that digitalization has become a key driver of efficiency, competitiveness, and resilience in Ukraine’s machine-building sector. At the same time, successful implementation requires coordinated state support, access to investment resources, and continuous workforce development in line with European integration priorities. The article emphasizes that digital transformation is not only an internal factor of modernization but also a strategic precondition for enhancing the adaptability of enterprises in the face of war-related challenges and for their integration into the European industrial space. In this context, the article emphasizes that adopting Industry 4.0 and 5.0 solutions should be part of a comprehensive roadmap for industrial recovery. Additionally, the analysis indicates that the machine-building sector remains one of the few areas of the Ukrainian economy capable of maintaining profitability above the average industrial level, highlighting its potential as a driver of national reconstruction. Furthermore, the study emphasizes that aligning sectoral transformation with European industrial policies will shape the pace and extent of Ukraine’s integration into global value chains.
