dc.description.abstractBei der Untersuchung der landeskundlichen Aspekte muss man zwischen Realien und landeskundlichen Elementen unterscheiden. Obwohl die landeskundlich gefärbten lexikalischen Einheiten sowohl in der Ausgangssprache als auch in der Zielsprache ihre Entsprechungen haben, geht aber bei ihrer wörtlichen Übersetzung die landeskundliche Information verloren, und der Inhalt des ausgangssprachlichen Ausdrucks bleibt mangelhaft oder kaum expliziert. Der Übersetzer muss in diesem Fall in zwei Richtungen eine große Arbeit durchführen. Einerseits muss er die landeskundliche Information des ausgangssprachlichen Ausdrucks erschließen, andererseits ist es schwer dann die passende Übersetzungsvariante zu finden, die sowohl optimal kurz als auch genug inhaltsreich für eine Kulturgemeinschaft ist. Das stellt ein Problem für den Übersetzer dar, weil hier theoretische Übersetzungsverfahren alleine nicht in der Lage sind, die Lösung des Übersetzungsproblems anzubieten. Er braucht dabei das erforderliche Vorwissen, das sich auf die ausgangssprachliche Kulturgemeinschaft bezieht.de
dc.description.abstractenThis article presents important both for understanding and for the translation process of country-stained pieces of language information that refers to the actual events of political life in Germany. The difference between reality and geographic-colored units of language is determined. Geographic-colored units have their own language lexical correspondences in both source language and the target language in, the literal translation of geographic information fully or partially lost, causing the loss of an important content of the message. Clear seemingly incomprehensible words are filled with foreign recipient information that is implicit in the language of the source, but without the proper background knowledge is totally alien in a form available in the target language. The translator must explicitly insert a translation necessary for understanding regional geographic information. And, therefore, he must discover and understand the hidden meaning of country-colored expression language sources. Some expressions are occasional, and some have become the norm for today's speech, but not recorded in the philological literature. The language plays a crucial role in the political sphere. Regarding the national feelings of the people and thereby to the corresponding culture system takes in the language of the policy field a central place. The membership of a nation to nation then stamped his subjective behavior to state and culture. If the State intends to make an impact on its citizens, it should pay attention to the value system of the people and express his solidarity with the people on the basis of cultural and national community.uk
dc.description.abstractukУ даній статті представлена важлива як для розуміння так і для процесу перекладу країнознавчо-забарвлених одиниць мови інформація, яка посилається на актуальні події політичного життя Німеччини. Визначається різниця між реаліями та країнознавчо-забарвленими одиницями мови. Країнознавчо-забарвлені одиниці мови мають свої лексичні відповідники як у мові джерела так і у цільовій мові, при їх дослівному перекладі країнознавча інформація повністю або частково втрачається, що спричиняє втрату важливого змісту повідомлення. Зрозумілі на перший погляд слова виявляються наповненими незрозумілою для іноземного реципієнта інформацією, яка є імпліцитною у мові джерела, але без належних фонових знань у іноземця залишається абсолютно недоступною в такій формі у цільовій мові. При перекладі перекладач мусить експліцитно вкласти в переклад необхідну для розуміння країнознавчу інформацію. А, отже, він має розкрити і зрозуміти прихований зміст країнознавчо-забарвленого виразу мови джерела. Деякі такі вирази є оказіональними, а деякі вже стали нормою для сучасних промов, але не зафіксовані у філологічній літературі.uk
