dc.description.abstractІнтеграція України до європейського економічного простору та потреба у відновленні енергетичної інфраструктури у повоєнний період висувають нові вимоги до української електротехнічної промисловості. Дана галузь має досить значний експортний потенціал проте має критичні виклики а саме технологічне відставання, дефіцит інвестицій і невідповідність продукції стандартам ЄС. Для вирішення цих проблем необхідно розробити комплексні механізми за для підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможність підприємств електротехнічної галузі, що і обумовлює доцільність цього дослідження. Мета дослідження полягає в поглибленні теоретико-методичних основ та розробці практичних рекомендацій для підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств електротехнічної галузі України на прикладі ПрАТ «НВП «Сатурн». Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування та забезпечення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств електротехнічної галузі. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико методичних принципів та практичних засобів, спрямованих на підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств електротехнічної галузі. Методи дослідження. Системний аналіз, порівняльний бенчмаркінг, фінансовий аналіз, кореляційно-регресійний аналіз та сценарне прогнозування. Наукова новизна роботи та одержаних результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні комплексної моделі відновлення конкурентоспроможності підприємства електротехнічної галузі. На відміну вже існуючих підходів в роботі була запропонована модель що базується на синхронізації інструментів фінансової реструктуризації з цільовою технологічною модернізацією та сертифікацією продукції відповідно до директив ЄС Electromagnetic Compatibility, Low Voltage Directive, Radio Equipment Directive, Ecodesign Directive (EMC, LVD, RED, Ecodesign). Це дозволяє трансформувати відновлення платоспроможності зі звичайного завдання або цілі у стратегічну базу для євроінтеграції.
dc.description.abstractotherUkraine's integration into the European economic space and the need to restore the energy infrastructure in the post-war period put forward new requirements for the Ukrainian electrical industry. This industry has a fairly significant export potential, but has critical challenges, namely technological lag, lack of investment and non-compliance of products with EU standards. To solve these problems, it is necessary to develop comprehensive mechanisms for increasing the international competitiveness of enterprises in the electrical engineering industry, which determines the feasibility of this study. The purpose of the study is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for increasing the international competitiveness of enterprises in the electrical engineering industry of Ukraine using the example of PrJSC "SPE "Saturn". The object of the study is the processes of forming and ensuring the international competitiveness of enterprises in the electrical engineering industry. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological principles and practical tools aimed at increasing the international competitiveness of enterprises in the electrical engineering industry. Research methods. System analysis, comparative benchmarking, financial analysis, correlation and regression analysis and scenario forecasting. The scientific novelty of the work and the results obtained lies in substantiating a comprehensive model for restoring the competitiveness of enterprises in the electrical engineering industry. Unlike existing approaches, the paper proposes a model based on the synchronization of financial restructuring tools with targeted technological modernization and product certification in accordance with the EU directives Electromagnetic Compatibility, Low Voltage Directive, Radio Equipment Directive, Ecodesign Directive (EMC, LVD, RED, Ecodesign). This allows transforming the restoration of solvency from an ordinary task or goal into a strategic basis for European integration.
