dc.description.abstractДосягнення стратегічних орієнтирів підприємством в умовах невизначеності та ризиків неможливе без гнучкого реагування на виклики часу. Проєктний менеджмент дозволяє задовольнити цю потребу в управлінській площині за умови контролю ризиків, що його супроводжують. Метою дослідження було узагальнення та формування переліку фінансових і кадрових ризиків, які супроводжують функціонування механізму стратегічного управління підприємствами за умови прийняття управлінським персоналом рішення побудувати його на принципах проєктного менеджменту. Для досягнення поставленої мети були використані методи OSINT, аналізу літератури та кейсів, узагальнення. Узагальнено фінансові та кадрові ризики, пов’язані з процесами стратегічного та проєктного менеджменту, надано пропозиції щодо їх мінімізації.
dc.description.abstractotherAchieving strategic goals by an enterprise in conditions of uncertainty and risks is impossible without a flexible response to the challenges of time. Project management allows you to satisfy this need in the management plane, provided that the risks that accompany it are controlled. The purpose of the study was to generalize and form a list of financial and personnel risks that accompany the functioning of the mechanism of strategic management of enterprises, provided that the management staff decides to build it on the principles of project management. To achieve this goal, OSINT methods, literature and case analysis, and generalization were used. Financial and personnel risks associated with the processes of strategic and project management are summarized, and proposals are made for their minimization. It is proposed that the mechanism of strategic management of enterprises, built on the principles of project management, should be considered a dynamic system of management actions integrated with other areas of organization management, combining tools, methods, levers and organizational procedures that mediate the process of implementing the strategic goals of the business entity through the development of strategic initiatives and vectors of long-term development of the enterprise in the format of individual specific projects and programs, managed in accordance with the principles of flexible management. The financial and personnel risks that arise or intensify if the management of the enterprise has decided to use the project approach when achieving the strategic goals of the business entity are specified. Some of them have a dual nature - they come from the financial and personnel spheres, and therefore their consequences are multi-vector, and the negative effect is synergistic. Such risks include: insufficient level of managerial competence, lack of financial resources for training and advanced training of employees, irrational and erroneous planning of financial and personnel costs necessary for the implementation of projects, staff turnover, which necessitates financial costs for the search for specialists, risks of fraud and dishonest professional behavior on the part of employees, theft, irrational use of human resources.
