dc.description.abstractМетою роботи є аналіз системи фінансового забезпечення малого та середнього бізнесу в Україні, оцінка впливу фінансування на розвиток і рентабельність суб’єктів МСБ та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності фінансування малого та середнього бізнесу в Україні. Об’єкт дослідження – фінансування малого та середнього бізнесу в Україні. Предмет дослідження – особливості залучення та використання фінансових ресурсів Результати роботи: визначено сутність та ключові особливості діяльності підприємств малого і середнього бізнесу, систематизовано та класифіковано джерела фінансування МСБ, зокрема внутрішні й зовнішні, охарактеризовано методи оцінювання ефективності фінансового забезпечення МСБ, проведено порівняльний аналіз сучасного стану та ефективності фінансування МСБ у провідних країнах світу, здійснено огляд фінансового стану та рівня ефективності залучення зовнішніх і внутрішніх фінансових ресурсів МСБ в Україні, оцінено вплив обсягів і структури фінансування на рентабельність підприємств МСБ у різних секторах національної економіки, виявлено основні проблеми доступу МСБ до різних форм фінансування, розроблено рекомендації та напрями підвищення ефективності фінансового забезпечення сектору малого й середнього бізнесу в Україні. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає в тому, що розроблена діагностично-рекомендаційна модель може бути використана МСБ як уніфікований алгоритм аналізу та усунення бар’єрів до банківського кредитування. Впровадження цієї моделі на рівні окремих підприємств дозволяє стандартизувати процедуру підготовки кредитних заявок, підвищити якість поданих документів та оптимізувати процес взаємодії з фінансовими установами.
dc.description.abstractotherThe purpose of this work is to analyze the system of financial support for small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine, assess the impact of financing on the development and profitability of SMEs, and develop practical recommendations for improving the effectiveness of financing small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine. The object of the study is the financing of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of attracting and using financial resources. Results of the work: the essence and key features of the activities of small and medium-sized businesses have been determined, sources of SME financing, in particular internal and external ones, have been systematized and classified, methods for assessing the effectiveness of SME financial support have been characterized, a comparative analysis of the current state and effectiveness of SME financing in leading countries of the world has been carried out, a review of the financial condition and level of effectiveness of attracting external and internal financial resources for SMEs in Ukraine has been carried out, the impact of the volume and structure of financing on the profitability of SMEs in various sectors of the national economy has been assessed, the main problems of SME access to various forms of financing have been identified, recommendations and directions for improving the effectiveness of financial support for the small and medium-sized business sector in Ukraine were developed. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the fact that the developed diagnostic and recommendation model can be used by SMEs as a unified algorithm for analyzing and removing barriers to bank lending. The implementation of this model at the level of individual enterprises allows standardizing the procedure for preparing loan applications, improving the quality of submitted documents, and optimizing the process of interaction with financial institutions.
