dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано аксіологічний підхід до лідерства як концепції управління в умовах екзистенційних загроз, кризових і надзвичайних ситуацій. Показано, що в обставинах жорсткого воєнно-політичного протистояння у центрі Європи та необхідності подальшого повоєнного відновлення України, питання щодо аксіологічних засад лідерства, як соціального інструменту і м’якого управлінського впливу на стан колективної безпеки, набуває особливого значення і потребує зосередження уваги науковців і освітян. Обґрунтовано погляд на аксіологічну концепцію лідерства як сукупність ціннісних імперативів, настанов та орієнтацій щодо розв’язання практичних завдань соціального управління в кризових і небезпечних ситуаціях на ціннісних основах виконання військового і професійного обов’язку, відповідальності за збереження життя і турботи про безпеку суспільства. Доведено, що за своєю суттю ціннісні орієнтації представника сил безпеки і оборони держави відтворюють ментальні засади виконання професійного і військового обов’язку в кризових і небезпечних для життя умовах діяльності, цілі, спрямованість інтересів, установки в сфері військової професійної діяльності, особистої та колективної безпеки. Опанування лідером аксіологічними компетентностями, які дозволяють поряд з виконанням базових лідерських функцій, підтримувати безпеку життя, усталений стан колективної свідомості, психологічну стійкість, захищеність ментального здоров’я послідовників, розглядається як аксіологічний інструмент і м’який засіб управлінського впливу, вимога і чинник лідерства в умовах екзистенційних загроз і небезпек для життя. Зауважено, що в умовах війни, питання аксіологічних засад лідерства як регулятивного інструменту підтримання національної безпеки і озброєного відстоювання інтересів держави, набуває значущості та потребує зосередження уваги науковців і освітян, зокрема в сфері військової освіти.
dc.description.abstractotherThe article substantiates the axiological approach to leadership as a management concept in conditions of existential threats, crisis and emergency situations. It is shown that in the circumstances of a fierce military-political confrontation in the center of Europe and the need for further post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, the issue of the axiological principles of leadership as a social instrument and soft managerial influence on the state of collective security acquires special importance and requires the focus of attention of scientists and educators. The view on the axiological concept of leadership as a set of value imperatives, guidelines and orientations for solving practical problems of social management in crisis and dangerous situations on the value basis of fulfilling military and professional duty, responsibility for preserving life and concern for the safety of society is substantiated. It has been proven that, in essence, the value orientations of a representative of the state's security and defense forces reproduce the mental principles of performing professional and military duty in crisis and life-threatening conditions of activity, goals, direction of interests, attitudes in the field of military professional activity, personal and collective security. The mastery of axiological competencies by a leader, which, along with the performance of basic leadership functions, allow maintaining the safety of life, a stable state of collective consciousness, psychological stability, and the protection of the mental health of followers, is considered an axiological tool and a soft means of managerial influence, a requirement and factor of leadership in conditions of existential threats and dangers to life. It is noted that in conditions of war, the issue of the axiological principles of leadership as a regulatory instrument for maintaining national security and armed defense of the interests of the state becomes significant and requires the focus of attention of scientists and educators, in particular in the field of military education.
