dc.description.abstractМетою роботи є розроблення теоретико-методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємства на основі активізації його інноваційної діяльності. Об’єктом дослідження є процес забезпечення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні аспекти впливу інноваційної діяльності на підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємства (на прикладі Siemens AG). Результати роботи: досліджено теоретичні засади забезпечення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємства в умовах глобалізації; проаналізовано інноваційну діяльність компанії Siemens AG, зокрема напрями цифрової трансформації, розвиток програмних рішень, впровадження сталих технологій; визначено ключові чинники, які сприяють формуванню конкурентних переваг на міжнародному ринку; узагальнено досвід Siemens AG як приклад успішного поєднання інновацій, цифровізації та відповідального управління. Рекомендації щодо використання результатів роботи та результати впровадження розробок або досліджень: отримані висновки можуть бути використані для удосконалення інноваційних стратегій підприємств, що прагнуть зміцнити свої позиції на світовому ринку. Сформульовані рекомендації визначають напрями розвитку інноваційної діяльності з урахуванням потреб сталого розвитку та конкурентного середовища, а також конкретні приклади технологій, які можуть сприяти підвищенню ефективності діяльності компаній.
dc.description.abstractotherThe purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for improving the international competitiveness of an enterprise through the intensification of its innovation activities. The object of research is the process of ensuring the international competitiveness of the enterprise on the basis of іntensification of its innovation activity. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical aspects of the impact of innovation on increasing the international competitiveness of the enterprise (on the example of Siemens AG). Results: the theoretical foundations of ensuring the international competitiveness of an enterprise in the context of globalization are investigated; the innovative activities of Siemens AG, in particular, the areas of digital transformation, development of software solutions, and implementation of sustainable technologies, are analyzed; the key factors contributing to the formation of competitive advantages in the international market are identified; the experience of Siemens AG as an example of a successful combination of innovation, digitalization, and responsible management is summarized. Recommendations for use of the results of the work and results of implementation of developments or research: the findings can be used to improve the innovation strategies of enterprises seeking to strengthen their positions in the global market. The formulated recommendations define the directions of development of innovation activities, taking into account the needs of sustainable development and the competitive environment, as well as specific examples of technologies that can contribute to improving the efficiency of companies.
