With the advancements and recent breakthroughs in the field of bionic prosthetics, an artificial limb that allows you to feel the world has become a real possibility, no longer mere science fiction. Bionic prosthetics with a neural interface boosts the users’ quality of life significantly. This review is a summary of the current achievements, drawbacks, risks, and the overall state of development of these technologies.
