dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена дослідженню ролі цифрових технологій у вдосконаленні ризик-менеджменту аграрного сектору України в умовах воєнного стану. Визначено сутність ризик-менеджменту. Розглянуто особливості ризик-менеджменту безпосередньо аграрних підприємств України у сучасних умовах воєнного стану. Проаналізовано основні види ризиків, з якими стикаються аграрні підприємства, включаючи природно-кліматичні, технологічні, фінансові, ринкові, соціальні, екологічні та воєнні ризики. Проведено аналіз цифрових інструментів та технологій ризик-менеджменту, які вже зараз використовують аграрні підприємства і які можуть бути ефективними в умовах воєнного стану. Зроблено висновок, щодо важливості цифровізації ризик-менеджменту задля забезпечення ефективного функціонування та стратегічного розвитку аграрної галузі України з метою забезпечення продовольчої безпеки в умовах викликів воєнного стану.
dc.description.abstractotherThe article is devoted to the study of the role of digital technologies in improving risk management in the agrarian sector of Ukraine under martial law. The current state of agricultural enterprises emphasizes the introduction of digital technologies, the use of which allows to increase the effectiveness of risk management. The purpose of the article: to determine the key features and directions of using digital technologies in risk management in the agrarian sector of Ukraine under martial law; to substantiate the potential of digital tools in increasing the sustainability of agricultural production in the context of improving risk management. The essence of risk management is determined. The features of risk management of some agrarian enterprises of Ukraine under modern martial law are considered. The main types of risks faced by agricultural enterprises are analyzed, including natural and climatic, technological, financial, market, social, environmental and military risks. An analysis of key digital tools and risk management technologies that are already needed by agricultural enterprises and which can be effective in martial law conditions is conducted. also, these are technologies such as geographic information systems, remote sensing, agroanalytics, precision farming systems, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, blockchain. The features of each of these technologies are described in detail and its significance for risk management of agricultural enterprises under martial law is determined. The potential of these technologies in increasing the adaptability and resilience of agricultural enterprises, including in the context of ensuring food security, is substantiated. It is concluded that the digitalization of risk management constitutes a crucial and strategic vector for enhancing the resilience, adaptability, and operational efficiency of Ukraine’s agricultural sector amid the challenges posed by martial law. In the context of heightened uncertainty, disrupted supply chains, and elevated exposure to external and internal risks, the integration of digital tools and platforms facilitates more accurate forecasting, faster decision-making, and improved resource allocation. Furthermore, the digital transformation of risk management processes supports long-term sectoral sustainability, strengthens food security, and contributes to the overall economic stability and strategic recovery of the nation.
