dc.description.abstractУ сучасних умовах розвитку економіки України фінансовий лізинг набуває дедалі більшої важливості як інструмент фінансування, що сприяє активізації інвестиційних процесів і підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємств. Об'єктом даного дослідження є ринок фінансового лізингу в Україні, який характеризується динамічним зростанням і зростаючим попитом з боку різних секторів економіки. Предметом даного дослідження є вплив фінансового лізингу на економічний розвиток країни, його роль у підтримці малого і середнього бізнесу, а також механізми, що забезпечують ефективність цього інструменту. Автори аналізують сучасний стан ринку фінансового лізингу в Україні для висвіт- лення його потенціалу та виявлення можливостей, в тому числі через поширення загальну інформації про існування фінансового лізингу та важливості його всебічного використання.
dc.description.abstractotherFinancial leasing is an important component of the economic market. The article considers the possibilities of the financial leasing market development in Ukraine. The authors analyze the development trends, the consequences of the introduction of technological innovations and the main barriers that hold back the development of this sector, including low awareness, growing risks, uneven development between industries and destructive processes in certain sectors of the economy. In addition, the state of war in the country is taken into account. This study demonstrates that, despite the significant potential, financial leasing in Ukraine faces serious obstacles that hold back its development. In order to fully unlock market opportunities, these challenges must be thoroughly explored and solutions proposed. One of the key factors restraining the development of the leasing market is the low level of awareness of potential customers about the essence of leasing, its advantages and opportunities. Many entrepreneurs do not have sufficient knowledge about how financial leasing works and how their business can benefit from it, which leads to mistrust and reluctance to use leasing schemes. Destructive processes in certain sectors of the economy, such as a drop in production volumes, a decline in the solvency of enterprises, currency devaluation, etc., have a negative impact on the leasing market. Transport, agriculture and construction suffered the most, as there are sectors where the number and value of leasing agreements decreased. The state not only regulates the activities of industries, but also provides certain support for their development. It can be financial assistance to financial institutions engaged in leasing, through credit programs on preferential terms or by providing guarantees for loans; creation of special funds for leasing; support for government programs to stimulate investments. The article indicates that state support for financial leasing is especially useful for small and medium-sized enterprises. The analysis shows that the development of leasing occurs unevenly in different industries. This indicates the need for a differentiated approach to stimulating leasing activity in various areas of the economy.
