dc.description.abstractotherAt the present stage of innovative development of machine building in Ukraine, the aviation and rocket and space industries are the driving forces that determine the country's competitiveness and directions in the development of science. Despite the progressiveness of the aforementioned industries, their development is nowhere near as dynamic as it is in the face of a lack of financial and human resources. In this regard, the problem of organizing the process of managing resource-intensive production of high-tech products is becoming especially relevant. A number of papers are devoted to strategic resource management. Their detailed analysis showed that this problem is not solved sufficiently and does not reveal approaches to solving the problem of optimizing the resource creation of high-tech products at different stages of its life cycle, taking into account industry features and modern analytical tools, including using the WEB environment. This justifies the need to improve existing and develop new appropriate methodological tools aimed at improving resource efficiency. One of the most effective and less costly approaches to addressing this issue is the use of specialized enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.uk
