dc.description.abstractПояснювальна записка складається із вступу, 8 розділів, 32 найменуваня, висновків. Загальний обсяг роботи становить 94 с. основного тексту, 17 рисунків, 6 таблиць, і 4 додатків. Метою проекту є модернізація парогенератора установки виробництва етанолу, що зумовлює підвищення ефективності роботи апарата. Поставлена задача досягнена проектуванням відповідного до завдання апарата, серією аналізів, досліджень, розрахунків. Визначенно місце апарата в описаній технологічній схемі, шляхом аналізу існуючих типів парогеного обладнання, обрано цільовий тип, Пояснювальна записка звіту містить опис технологічного процесу, обрання типу апарата відповідно до мети, технічну характеристику апарата, його місце в технологічній схемі, обґрунтування вибору конструкції, порівнянням аналогів с розробленою конструкцією, наведено патентне дослідження. Проведено програмні розрахунки визначення геометричних розмірів парогенератора, розрахунки на міцність, надійність працездатність.
dc.description.abstractotherThe explanatory report consists of an introduction, 32 titles, 8 chapters, and conclusions. The total volume of the work includes 94 pages of main text, 17 figures, 6 tables, and 4 appendices. The aim of the project is the modernization of the steam generator of the ethanol production unit, which leads to improved efficiency of the apparatus. The set objective was achieved through the design of an apparatus that meets the project requirements, as well as a series of analyses, studies, and engineering calculations. The location of the apparatus within the technological scheme was defined. Based on the analysis of existing types of steam-generating equipment, the most suitable type was selected. The explanatory report contains a description of the technological process, selection of the apparatus type in accordance with the objective, technical specifications of the unit, its position in the process scheme, and justification of the selected design through a comparison of existing analogues with the developed solution. A patent study is also included. Software-based calculations were carried out to determine geometrical dimensions of the steam generator, as well as assessments of its strength, reliability, and operational performance.
