dc.description.abstractenThe article is reviewed the current problems of gas transmission system of Ukraine, namely: а high dependence of imported gas at a low level of domestic production, reducing the risk of gas transit through Ukraine, because of wear and tear gas transmission networks, a hugeburden on the state of budget through a critical financial condition "Naftogaz of Ukraine" and the ways to address them. According to this, is improved the mechanism of attraction of foreign investment, which is aimed to create a favorable investment climate and increase the investment. The basis of this mechanism is the economic and organizational unit, based on a reasonable conceptual framework and strategy for attracting foreign investment, the system of privileges in taxation, determining the priorities of foreign investment, expanding the participation of foreign investors in the process of privatization and joint ventures, as well as, proposed the ways of its practical application to enterprises of gas transmission system of Ukraine. According to this, is selected the most promising option, namely: the practical sharing of "Naftogaz Ukraine" with inclusion in its authorized capital stock, issued at the cost of gas transportation system by adopting the law of Ukraine.uk
