dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена дослідженню впливу регуляторних обмежень на функціонування та розвиток криптовалютних ринків. Методика дослідження ґрунтується на застосуванні загальнонаукових методів пізнання, зокрема аналізу, порівняння та узагальнення, а також на вивченні міжнародного досвіду регулювання цифрових активів. За результатами дослідження зроблено висновок, що різні підходи до регулювання по-різному впливають на поведінку учасників ринку, обсяги торгів та рівень довіри інвесторів. Виявлено, що жорсткі обмеження часто призводять до скорочення ринкової активності, тоді як помірне правове регулювання сприяє легалізації операцій і підвищенню стабільності ринку. Практична цінність отриманих результатів полягає у можливості їх використання для аналізу державної політики у сфері віртуальних активів та під час навчального й аналітичного опрацювання проблем криптовалютних ринків.
dc.description.abstractotherThe topic of cryptocurrency markets is becoming increasingly relevant due to their rapid growth and expanding role in the global financial system. Cryptocurrencies are no longer used only as speculative investment tools but are also applied for payments, savings, and financial operations across borders. At the same time, the lack of clear and consistent regulation creates economic risks for states, businesses, and individual users. Because of this, governments are introducing various regulatory restrictions that directly affect how cryptocurrency markets function. The purpose of this study is to analyze how state regulatory limitations influence the development, stability, and behavior of cryptocurrency markets and their participants. The research is based on general scientific methods, including analysis, comparison, and synthesis of information. The study also uses a descriptive approach to examine different regulatory models and practical examples of how government decisions affect market activity. By comparing different forms of regulation, it becomes possible to better understand the relationship between regulatory strictness and market performance. The results of the study show that regulatory restrictions have a significant impact on cryptocurrency markets. Strict bans and excessive control often reduce trading activity, decrease liquidity, and push part of the market into informal or shadow operations. In contrast, clear and balanced regulation increases trust among investors and users, improves transparency, and creates safer conditions for market development. The study also finds that predictable legal rules help integrate cryptocurrency markets into the traditional financial system and support long-term growth. The practical value of this article lies in the possibility of using its conclusions to better understand the effects of regulatory decisions on cryptocurrency markets. The results may be useful for students, analysts, and policymakers when evaluating regulatory approaches and developing more effective and balanced rules for the cryptocurrency sector.
