dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена розгляду мотивів, причин, поштовхів до регіональної економічної інтеграції бізнесу, визна- ченню ролі цифровізації у цих процесах, визначенню впливу динаміки діджиталізації на регіональну та світову глобалі- зацію бізнесу. В статті розглядаються основні причини, фактори та напрямки регіональної інтеграції бізнесу, шляхи усунення протиріч політичного та економічного характеру. Оцінюючи роль впливу цих факторів у світовій торгівлі, в статті розглядаються основні регіони, де інтеграція зросла на комерційному та політичному підґрунті, а також на основі розвитку діджитал-економіки. У статті розглянуто потенціал розвитку преференційних торгових угод через використання новітнього регіоналізму. Розглянуто процес впровадження цієї концепції в міжнародний бізнес. Також проводиться аналіз впливу зростання цифрової економіки на розвиток та вдосконалення системи міжнародного бізне- су. Також визначені основні виклики, які постають перед бізнесом через зростання міжнародної економіки інформації та біг-дата.
dc.description.abstractotherThe article defines the main ways of international integration based on trade, international division of labour and cooperation and their consequences for business. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of regional associations, the causes and consequences of such forms of interaction. It was examined the motives, reasons, impetus for regional economic integration of business, determined the role of digitalization in these processes, analysed the impact of digitalization dynamics on regional and world globalization of business. The work draws parallels between the causes and results of classical integration and integration based on the development and subsequent penetration of digital technologies into business. The article reflects the main problems faced by business in the process of integration, and the challenges that can be overcome to reach a new level of international integration. Special attention is paid to the role of the political factor for both forms of integration and the reduction of the role of non-economic factors in the further deployment of the digital economy. The article examines the main causes, factors and directions of regional business integration, ways to eliminate political and economic contradictions. Evaluating the role of influence of these factors in world trade, it was examined the main regions where integration has increased on a commercial and political basis, as well as on the basis of the development of the digital economy. The paper examines the potential for the development of preferential trade agreements through the use of the latest regionalism. The process of introducing this concept into international business is considered. The impact of the digital economy growth on the development and improvement of the international business system is also analysed. Also identified are the main challenges facing businesses due to the growth of the international information economy and big data. Attention is also paid to consideration of Ukraine's position in international integration processes and its prospects due to the development and further spread of digital processes in business.
