dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Формування інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційних проектів» містить 118 сторінок, 33 таблиці, 30 рисунків, 2 додатка. Перелік посилань нараховує 52 найменування. Актуальність теми дослідження обумовлена тим, що активізація інноваційної діяльності суб’єктів господарювання та підвищення ефективності роботи можливі лише за умови формування та наявності ефективного механізму інвестиційного забезпечення інновацій. Зв’язок роботи з науковими програмами, планами, темами. Робота виконувалася згідно з планом наукових досліджень факультету менеджменту та маркетингу Національного технічного університету України «Київський політехнічний інститут імені Ігоря Сікорського» у межах науково-дослідної теми «Управління розвитком інноваційного підприємництва в умовах неоіндустріальної економіки» (номер державної реєстрації 0118U100598), де автором розроблено теоретичні та науково-практичні рекомендації щодо формування та реалізації інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційних проектів на підприємстві. Метою дипломної роботи є розроблення теоретичних положень та обґрунтування рекомендацій удосконалення інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності підприємств будівельних матеріалів. Досягнення мети визначає вирішення наступних завдань: визначити поняття «інноваційних проект» та пояснити сутність ресурсного забезпечення інноваційних проектів; дослідити процес державного регулювання інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності в Україні; проаналізувати загальні тенденції інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності вітчизняних підприємств будівельних матеріалів; виділити головні проблеми, що уповільнюють інноваційну активність вітчизняних підприємств будівельних матеріалів: виокремити напрямки активізації інноваційної діяльності вітчизняних підприємств будівельних матеріалів; проаналізувати механізм інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності підприємства ТОВ «Бетон Комплекс»; запропонувати до реалізації інноваційні проекти; надати обґрунтування ефективності впровадження запропонованих проектів на підприємстві. Об’єктом дослідження є інвестиційне забезпечення інноваційної діяльності підприємства. Предметом дослідження є засади формування механізму інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності підприємства. Методи дослідження. Для вирішення поставлених завдань використано такі методи дослідження: системний підхід; статистичний аналіз; факторний аналіз; графічний метод. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів. Основними науковими результатами дипломної роботи полягає у виявленні головних проблем державного регулювання інвестиційно-інноваційної діяльності в Україні, наданні характеристики сучасного стану інноваційної діяльності вітчизняних підприємств будівельних матеріалів; удосконаленні механізму інвестиційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності на підприємстві. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у можливості запровадження керівництвом досліджуваного підприємства ТОВ «Бетон Комплекс» інноваційних проектів, що дозволять покращити інвестиційноінноваційну діяльність підприємства, а також посилять його конкурентні позиції на ринку.uk
dc.description.abstractenMaster's dissertation on the topic: "Formation of investment support for innovative projects" contains 118 pages, 33 tables, 30 figures, 2 appendices. The list of links includes 52 items. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the intensification of innovation activities of economic entities and increase efficiency are possible only if the formation and availability of an effective mechanism for investment support of innovations. Connection of work with scientific programs, plans, topics. The work was performed according to the research plan of the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky" within the research topic "Management of innovative entrepreneurship in a neo-industrial economy" (state registration number 0118U100598), where the author developed and scientific and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of investment support for innovative projects at the enterprise. The purpose of the thesis is to develop theoretical provisions and substantiate the recommendations for improving the investment of innovative activities of enterprises of construction materials. Achieving the goal determines the solution of the following tasks: to define the concept of "innovative project" and to explain the essence of resource provision of innovative projects; to study the process of state regulation of investment and innovation activities in Ukraine; to analyze the general tendencies of investment and innovation activity of domestic enterprises of construction materials; identify the main problems that slow down the innovative activity of domestic enterprises of construction materials: identify areas for intensification of innovative activities of domestic enterprises of construction materials; to analyze the mechanism of investment support of innovative activity of the enterprise of LLC Beton Kompleks; to offer innovative projects for implementation; provide a justification for the effectiveness of the implementation of the proposed projects at the enterprise. The object of the study is the investment support of the innovative activity of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the principles of formation of the mechanism of investment support of innovative activity of the enterprise. Research methods. The following research methods were used to solve the set tasks: system approach; statistical analysis; factor analysis; graphic method. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. The main scientific results of the thesis is to identify the main problems of state regulation of investment and innovation activities in Ukraine, providing a description of the current state of innovation activities of domestic enterprises of construction materials; improvement of the mechanism of investment support of innovative activity at the enterprise. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of introduction by the management of the researched enterprise LLC "Beton Kompleks" of innovative projects that will improve the investment and innovation activities of the enterprise, as well as strengthen its competitive position in the market.uk
