dc.description.abstractenThe article is devoted to highlighting the results of the analysis of existing approaches to solving the problem of forming the export potential of the region. It has been proven that in modern conditions it is particularly relevant to set and solve the problem of systematic formation and effective use of the export potential of the regions of Ukraine as a condition for the further develop- ment of the national economy and one of the factors that ensure economic security at the regional and national level. To achieve the goal, the following scientific methods were applied, in particular, logical generalization, system analysis, system-structural and comparative analysis, which made it possible to obtain relevant results. Systematization and clarification of the content of the concept of "export potential of the region" made it possible to identify and structure a set of key factors, prerequisites and features of their impact on the indicators of the region's export activity. The export potential of the region is recommended to be considered as a multifaceted economic category, which combines the results of self-organization and purposeful management and regulation of the development of economic and social processes at the national and local levels. The key methodological provisions have been formed, according to which it is expedient to study the export potential of the region in modern conditions. The key principles that determine the peculiarities and directions of the formation of the export potential of the region are high- lighted. It has been proven that the export potential of the region must be assessed based on its pre-determined and quantified export base, assessment of the region's export potential, as well as the dynamics of indicators of the capacity and potential of foreign markets. Recommendations have been developed regarding the information content and composition of the indicator system for quantitative assessment of the region's export potential. To assess the scale of participation of a single region in international trade, it is proposed to use a list of indicators, which was formed on the basis of the existing statistical base at the regional level, which confirms not only the theoretical, but also the practical value of the obtained research results. It is empha sized the need to take into account temporary bans on the export of certain types of resources and products in the conditions of martial law, which affects the quantitative value of the export potential of the regions of Ukraine and the efficiency of its use.uk
dc.description.abstractukСтаття присвячена висвітленню результатів проведеного аналізу існуючих підходів до вирішення задачі форму- вання експортного потенціалу регіону. Для досягнення поставленої мети застосовано такі методи наукового пізнання як логічне узагальнення, системний аналіз, системно-структурний та порівняльний аналіз, які дозволили отримати відповідні результати. Проведені систематизація та уточнення змісту поняття «експортний потенціал регіону» дозволили ідентифікувати та структурувати множину ключових чинників, передумов та особливостей їх впливу на показники експортної діяльності регіону. Сформовано ключові положення, відповідно до яких доцільно проводити ви вчення експортного потенціалу регіону в сучасних умовах. Виокремлено ключові принципи, які визначають особливості та напрями формування експортного потенціалу регіону. Доведено, що експортний потенціал регіону необхідно оці нювати виходячи з попередньо визначеної та кількісно оціненої його експортної бази, оцінки експортних можливостей регіону, а також динаміки показників місткості та потенціалу іноземних ринків. Для оцінки масштабів участі окремо взятого регіону в міжнародній торгівлі запропоновано використання переліку показників, який сформовано на основі наявної статистичної бази на регіональному рівні, що підтверджує практичну цінність отриманих результатів.uk
