dc.description.abstractenАbstract.The article is devoted to the study of the main psychological barriers that students face in the process of self-development. The article analyzes approaches to understanding the concepts of “psychological barrier” and “self-development”. It is determined that the psychological barrier is a psychological phenomenon, which is presented in the form of sensations, images, experiences, which reflect the quality of the object to the limitations of the manifestations of the life of the individual, to the barriers to meeting his needs. Self-development is understood as a conscious, actualized and controlled process of internal changes. Self-development barriers are one of those obstacles that prevent the formation of an individual as a real subject of his own life, active, active, transforming the surrounding reality as a result of adequate goal-setting and the achievement of goals. The article presents the classification of the main barriers to self-development of any personality. The main psychological barriers to self-development of students are investigated, which prevent them from becoming subjects of their own development, reduce their ability to goal-setting, self-designation, self-organization and self-control. It is determined that there are external (objective and subjective), as well as internal (purely psychological) barriers that accompany his educational and work activities. Such psychological barriers as: a student lack of internal motives for self-knowledge and self-development; rejection of self-knowledge through internal fears; the failure of the student to become the subject of his own self-development; insufficient level of available methods and techniques of self-knowledge and self-development; setting wrong life goals; insufficient development of such mechanisms of self-development as identification, reflection, the ability to self-acceptance and self-prediction, etc. prevent a young person from reaching a high level of his own development - self-actualization.uk
dc.description.abstractukСтаття присвячена дослідженню основних психологічних бар’єрів, з якими стикаються студенти в процесі саморозвитку. У статті аналізуються підходи до розуміння понять «психологічний бар’єр» та «саморозвиток». Визначається, що психологічний бар’єр – це психологічний феномен, який представлений у формі відчуттів, образів, переживань, у яких відбиваються якості об’єкта до обмежень проявів життєдіяльності особистості, до перепон задоволення його потреб. Саморозвиток розуміється як усвідомлений, актуалізований та керований процес внутрішніх змін. Бар’єри саморозвитку є одними із тих перепон, які заважають становленні індивіда як дійсного суб’єкта власної життєдіяльності, діяльного, активного, перетворюючого навколишню дійсність внаслідок адекватного цілепокладання та ціледосягання.uk
