dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Розвиток підприємства на основі управління міжнародними проектами (на прикладі ТОВ «Ерідон-Тех»)» містить 117 сторінок, 15 таблиць, 19 рисунків. Перелік посилань нараховує 58 найменувань. Актуальність теми дисертації зумовлена тим, що для зовнішнього середовища сучасних підприємств характерною особливістю є наявність комплексу факторів, які суттєво обмежують перспективи розвитку потенційно конкурентоспроможних вітчизняних підприємств. За таких умов, розвиток міжнародного співробітництва підприємств через реалізацію міжнародних проекті в слід розглядати як важливий напрям реалізації їх потенціалу. Відтак, виникає необхідність обґрунтування методологічних засад управління розвитком підприємств на основі проектного підходу. Зв’язок роботи з науковими програмами, планами, темами. Магістерська дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра виконувалась в Національному технічному університеті України «Київський політехнічний інститут імені Ігоря Сікорського» відповідно до планів наукових досліджень кафедри менеджменту за темою «Удосконалення організаційно - економічних механізмів розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств» » (No 00114U001134). Роль автора полягає в дослідженні особливостей зовнішнього середовища діяльності сучасних підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування та обґрунтуванні можливостей активізації процесів їх розвитку через активізацію міжнародного співробітництва та реалізацію міжнародних проектів. Автором визначено пріоритеті напрями співробітництва підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування у міжнародній сфері, обґрунтовано його переваги та особливості реалізації у практичній площині. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування напрямків розвитку підприємства на основі управління міжнародними проектами. Задачі дослідження : розкрити сутність поняття «розвиток підприємства» і охарактеризувати основи ефективного управління розвитком підприємства; охарактеризувати методологічні аспекти забезпечення розвитку підприємства на основі реалізації міжнародних проектів; дослідити особливості та політику розвитку ТОВ «Ерідон-Тех», провести діагностику передумов його конкурентоспроможного розвитку; обґрунтувати напрями розвитку ТОВ «Ерідон-Тех» на підставі реалізації міжнародних проектів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес забезпечення розвитку підприємства; Предмет дослідження - сукупність теоретичних і прикладних аспектів забезпечення розвитку підприємства на основі реалізації міжнародних проектів. Методи дослідження. У роботі використано такі основні методи дослідження: методи спостереження і узагальнення; системний підхід; метод и структурно-логічного аналізу; метод порівняльного і економічного аналізу, проектний метод, метод оцінювання ефективності ; Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у виявленні особливостей зовнішнього середовища підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування та системи суперечностей їх розвитку і обґрунтування на цій основі об’єктивної необхідності пошуку механізмів міжнародного співробітництва як передумов забезпечення реалізації їх потенціалу в умовах обмеженості ресурсів та несприятливості середовища діяльності. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Результати дослідження, викладені в дисертаційній роботі мають практичне значення, оскільки на основі аналізу особливостей ринку сільськогосподарського машинобудування обґрунтовано конкретні напрями розвитку його суб’єктів через міжнародне співробітництво. Розроблені рекомендації та пропозиції щодо забезпечення розвитку ТОВ «Ерідон-Тех» на основі реалізації проектного підходу у сфері міжнародного співробітництва були представлені на розгляд керівництву підприємства, де було визнано можливість їх реалізації в практичній площині (Акт впровадження No 032/2018 від 29 березня 2018 року). Апробація результатів. Основні наукові положення магістерської дисертації доповідалися на двох міжнародних науково-практичних конференціях: «Фінансова система та економічна безпека: сучасний стан, ефективність, перспективи», м. Київ, 24 березня 2018 р. та «Оцінка тенденцій та перспективних напрямків розвитку економіки України», м. Дніпро, 14 квітня 2018 р.uk
dc.description.abstractenMaster's dissertation on the theme: The development of the enterprise on the basis of international projects management (based on the company «Eridon-Tekh») contains 117 pages, 15 tables, 19 figures. The list of references has 58 titles. The relevance of the dissertation topic due to the fact that the environment of modern enterprises feature is the presence of complex factors that significantly limit the prospects for the development of potentially competitive domestic enterprises. Under such conditions, the development of international cooperation between enterprise s through the implementation of international projects should be considered as an important direction for the realization of their potential. Therefore, there is a need to justify the methodological principles of managing the development of enterprises in the new project approach. Relationship of work with scientific programs, plans, themes. The master's dissertation for obtaining the master's degree was carried out at the National Technical University of Ukraine «Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky» in accordance with the plans of scientific researches of the Department of Management on the theme «Improvement of organizational and economic mechanisms of development of foreign economic activity of enterprises» (No 00114U001134). The role of the author is to study the peculiarities of the external environment of the modern enterprises of agricultural machinery and to substantiate the possibilities of activating the processes of their development through the intensification of international cooperation and the implementation of international projects. The author identifies the priorities of cooperation between agricultural engineering enterprises in the international sphere, substantiates its advantages and peculiarities of realization in practical terms. The purpose of the research is to justify the directions of the enterprise development based on the management of international projects. Tasks of the research: to reveal the essence of the concept of «enterprise development» and to describe the basis of effective management of enterprise development; characterize the methodological aspects of ensuring the development of the enterprise on the basis of the implementation of international projects; to study the peculiarities and development policy of «Eridon-Tech», to diagnose the prerequisites for its competitive development; to substantiate the directions of development of «Eridon-Tech» on the basis of the implementation of international projects. Object of research – the process of providing enterprise development. Subject of research – a set of theoretical and applied aspects of providing enterprise development based on the implementation of international projects. Research methods. The following basic methods of research are used in the work: methods of observation and generalization; system approach; methods of structural-logical analysis; method of comparative and economic analysis, project method, method of estimation of efficiency. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to identify the features of the external environment of agricultural machinery enterprises and the system of contradictions in their development and to substantiate on this basis the objective need to search for mechanisms of international cooperation as a prerequisite for ensuring the realization of their potential in the conditions of resource constraints and unfavorable environment. The practical value of the results. The results of the research presented in the dissertation work are of practical importance, since based on the analysis of the peculiarities of the agricultural machinery market, concrete directions of the development of its subjects through international cooperation are substantiated. The developed recommendations and proposals for the development of LLC «Eridon-Tech» on the basis of the implementation of the project approach in the field of international cooperation were submitted to the management of the enterprise for consideration, which recognized the possibility of their implementation in a practical plane (Act of Implementation No 032/2018).
