dc.description.abstractenMaster's thesis for a master's degree on "Digital transformation of business management in the development of Industry 4.0" includes 111 pages, 14 tables, 16 drawings, 7 formulas and 3 appendices. The bibliography list consists of 61 items. The relevance of the study is due to the need to study the processes of digital business transformation in terms of management and effective operation of the enterprise in the development of Industry 4.0. The purpose of the work is to reveal the theoretical and practical aspects, the introduction of digital transformation of business management of the company in the development of Industry 4.0. The aim of the study is due to the need to solve the following tasks: to consider the importance and scientific approaches to determining the essence of digital transformation; to analyze the results of development and business problems of PJSC "Kyivstar" in the context of the formation of the "National Industry Strategy 4.0"; develop proposals for organizational, economic and information support of the project of digitalization of the company's business management and justify their feasibility. The object of research - the processes of digital business transformation in the development of Industry 4.0. The subject of the research are theoretical, scientific-methodical, practical aspects of analysis, monitoring and development of digital transformation of the company's business management in the conditions of Industry 4.0. The methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, economic, statistical, graphic, comparative, financial analysis, etc. were used in the work. The scientific novelty lies in the further development of the digital transformation of the company's business management. According to the results of the research, one article and three abstracts were published. The master's thesis was carried out in accordance with the plans of scientific research of the Department of Management on the topic: "Management of the economic support of international forms of business and entrepreneurship based on the principles of sustainable development and economic security", № SR 0117U005640.uk
dc.description.abstractukМагістерська дисертація на здобуття ступеня магістра на тему «Цифрова трансформація управління бізнесом компанії в умовах розвитку Індустрії 4.0» містить 111 сторінок, 14 таблиць, 16 рисунків, 7 формул та 3 додатки. Перелік посилань нараховує 61 найменування. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю дослідження процесів цифрової трансформації бізнесу щодо управління та ефективної діяльності підприємства в умовах розвитку Індустрії 4.0. Метою роботи є розкриття теоретичних та практичних аспектів, впровадження цифрової трансформації управління бізнесом компанії в умовах розвитку Індустрії 4.0. Поставлена мета дослідження обумовлена необхідністю вирішення таких завдань: розглянути значення та наукові підходи до визначення сутності цифрової трансформації; провести аналіз результатів розвитку та проблем бізнесу компанії ПрАТ «Київстар» в контексті формування «Національної стратегії Індустрії 4.0»; розробити пропозиції щодо організаційно-економічного та інформаційного забезпечення проєкту діджиталізації управління бізнесом компанії та обґрунтувати їх доцільність. Об’єкт дослідження – процес цифрової трансформації бізнесу в умовах розвитку Індустрії 4.0. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, науково-методичні, практичні аспекти аналізу, моніторингу та розвитку цифрової трансформації управління бізнесом компанії в умовах Індустрії 4.0. У роботі було використано методи аналізу, синтезу, узагальнення, економічний, статистичний, графічний, порівняльний, фінансовий аналіз та ін. Наукова новизна полягає у подальшому розвитку питання цифрової трансформації управління бізнесом компанії. Магістерська дисертація виконувалась відповідно до планів наукових досліджень кафедри менеджменту за темою: «Управління економічним забезпеченням міжнародних форм бізнесу і підприємництва на основі принципів сталого розвитку та економічної безпеки», № ДР 0117U005640. За результатами дослідження було опубліковано одну статтю та троє тез.uk
