dc.description.abstractenDespite significant advances in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases, at the beginning of the XXI century they continue to spread all over the world. The most common diseases in Ukraine are respiratory diseases, which affect 31% of the country's population. Respiratory diseases are least affected in the Carpathian region and Crimea, where only 22% of the Republic's population is ill. In the first months of 2020, the number of viral pneumonias in Ukraine increased first three times, then six times, and then as much as 11 times compared to last year. In adults, the most common cause is influenza A and B viruses, parainfluenza, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, and SARS-CoV-2. Proper rehabilitation after pneumonia is an important step towards eliminating the possible negative consequences of the disease. It is worth starting recovery in the first week of the disease: physioprophylaxis prevents the adverse development of the disease and in this case significantly increases the effectiveness of complex therapy. The article is devoted to the prospects of using methods and means of physical therapy in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with viral pneumonia. Approaches to rehabilitation and features of using physical therapy technologies to correct functional disorders in the body of thematic patients are systematized. The features of using preformed physical factors, massage, and breathing exercises are presented. Prospects for further research in the direction of restoring the working capacity of patients after viral pneumonia by methods and means of physical therapy at the stages of rehabilitation are outlined.uk

Систематизовано підходи до реабілітації та особливості використання технологій фізичної терапії з метою корекції функціональних порушень в організмі тематичних хворих. Представлено особливості використання преформованих фізичних чинників, масажу, дихальної гімнастики. Окреслено перспективи подальших досліджень в напрямку відновлення працездатності хворих після вірусних пневмоній методами і засобами фізичної терапії на етапах реабілітації.uk
