dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто методичні підходи до оцінювання рівня цифрової трансформації промислових підприємств. У ході дослідження були використані такі методи, як аналіз та синтез, методи історичного та логічного моделювання. Автором відмічено основні напрями цифрової трансформації промислових підприємств, розширено та деталізовано впровадження інноваційних технологій в системі управління; розбудову ІТ-інфраструктури; створення цифрових платформ та галузевих рішень та відкриті дані. Автором запропоновано розширений алгоритм оцінки рівня цифровізації промислового підприємства, який є ключовим інструментом для системного аналізу та розвитку. З практичного погляду подальші наукові дослідження в даному напрямку мають потенціал для здійснення вагомих та ефективних кроків у напрямку цифрової трансформації промислових підприємств.
dc.description.abstractotherThe main goal of managing an industrial enterprise is to develop optimal management solutions that take into account the relevant criteria and indicators, and digitalization occupies one of the key places in the development of these enterprises, which determines the relevance of the study. In the article, the author considered methodical approaches to assessing the level of digital transformation of industrial enterprises. In the course of the research, such methods as analysis and synthesis, methods of historical and logical modeling were used. Theoretical approaches were also applied, in particular the method of formalization, the method "from abstract to concrete", as well as the method of economic interpretation. The author noted that the main directions of digital transformation of industrial enterprises are determined by a number of strategic initiatives aimed at ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness. Each of the directions is expanded and detailed: implementation of innovative technologies in the management system; development of IT infrastructure; creation of digital platforms and industry solutions and open data. Factors and prerequisites determining the level of development and use of digital technologies by industrial enterprises have been studied. The author analyzed the key principles that determine the digital transformation of industrial enterprises, which are scientific substantiation of provisions and ideas, structural and systemic nature, job creation, productivity improvement, economic growth rates. These principles interact to create a constructive foundation that allows industrial enterprises to effectively implement digital transformation, and also contribute to positive changes in the socio-economic context. An advanced algorithm for assessing the level of digitalization of an industrial enterprise is proposed, which is a key tool for system analysis and development. From a practical point of view, further scientific research in this direction has the potential to reveal optimal methods of assessing the level of digital transformation of industrial enterprises, which can contribute not only to solving modern challenges, but also to expanding opportunities for sustainable development and strengthening competitiveness.
