dc.description.abstractenIn article the necessity of granting of psусhological and pedagogical support to post-graduate students who are at the beginning of professional teaching activity is highlighted. The content of the curriculum of a special course «Fundamentals of Psychology and Pedagogy of Higher Education» that was a basis of psусhological and educational training of the post-graduate students of technical university is shown. Methods and means of active training which are applied in the process of teaching this special course are described. In particular, the techniques of seminars holding, workshops, complex of training sessions and business games aimed at the development of psychological culture and educational skills of the future lecturers are introduced. Conclusions concerning expediency of the project’s realization of psусhological and pedagogical support of lecturers-beginners during their postgraduate training as reserve of scientific-teaching staff are made.uk
