dc.description.abstractНеобхідність підвищення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств авіатранспортної галузі України в умовах глобалізації визначило вибір теми магістерської дисертації. В роботі систематизовано теоретичні підходи щодо сутності поняття «міжнародна конкурентоспроможність підприємств»; узагальнено та розкрито сутність факторів впливу глобалізації на міжнародну конкурентоспроможність підприємств; розкрито сутність методичних підходів щодо оцінювання рівня міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств авіатранспортної галузі в умовах глобалізації; проведено порівняльний аналіз розвитку авіатранспортної України та країн-лідерів в динаміці, з метою визначення поточного стану галузі порівняно з іншими країнами в умовах глобалізації; проаналізовано вплив глобалізації на міжнародну конкурентоспроможність авіакомпаній України та визначено існуючі проблеми та негативні фактори, які стримують розвиток галузі з метою подальшого удосконалення; проведено оцінювання рівня міжнародної конкурентоспроможності провідних авіакомпаній ринку України у сфері пасажирських та вантажних перевезень, для визначення існуючих конкурентних переваг в умовах глобалізації; виконано сценарне моделювання рівня міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств авіатранспортної галузі України в умовах глобалізації; розроблено концепцію підвищення рівня міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств авіатранспортної галузі в умовах глобалізації.uk
dc.description.abstractotherThe need to increase the international competitiveness of enterprises in the air transport industry of Ukraine in the context of globalization has determined the choice of the topic of the master's dissertation. The paper systematizes theoretical approaches to the essence of the concept of "international competitiveness of enterprises"; the essence of factors of influence of globalization on the international competitiveness of the enterprises is generalized and opened; the essence of methodical approaches to assessing the level of international competitiveness of air transport enterprises in the context of globalization is revealed; a comparative analysis of the development of air transport Ukraine and leading countries in the dynamics, in order to determine the current state of the industry compared to other countries in the context of globalization; the impact of globalization on the international competitiveness of Ukrainian airlines is analyzed and the existing problems and negative factors that hinder the development of the industry with the aim of further improvement are identified; an assessment of the level of international competitiveness of the leading airlines of the Ukrainian market in the field of passenger and freight transportation, to determine the existing competitive advantages in the context of globalization; the scenario modeling of the level of international competitiveness of the enterprises of the air transport branch of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization is executed; the concept of increasing the level of international competitiveness of air transport enterprises in the conditions of globalization has been developed.uk
