dc.description.abstractАктуальність теми зумовлена зростанням ролі цифрової торгівлі та необхідністю посилення позицій України в глобальному сегменті IT. Науковці (М. Кастельс, Р. Болдвін) пов’язують конкурентоспроможність держав саме з технологічним розвитком. В умовах війни та євроінтеграції розширення експорту IT-послуг є критично важливим для України. Мета роботи − обґрунтування засад та розробка рекомендацій щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності українського IT-експорту. Завданням є аналіз теоретичних основ та сучасного стану IT-експорту, міжнародне порівняння, розроблення інтегрального індексу IIIC, сценарне моделювання та формування пропозицій до державної політики. Об’єкт дослідження − процес формування конкурентоспроможності експорту IT-послуг України. Предмет дослідження − методичні та прикладні механізми її забезпечення. Методи дослідження: аналіз і синтез, статистичні методи, економіко-математичне моделювання, нормалізація, інтегральне оцінювання, SWOT-аналіз, сценарне моделювання. Наукова новизна полягає у розробленні індексу IIIC для комплексної оцінки факторів (інституційних, людських, технологічних, ринкових) та поєднанні інтегрального оцінювання зі сценарним прогнозуванням.
dc.description.abstractotherThe relevance of the topic is conditioned by the growing role of digital trade and the necessity to strengthen Ukraine’s position in the global IT segment. Scholars (M. Castells, R. Baldwin) associate a country’s competitiveness with its technological development. Under the conditions of war and European integration, expanding IT services exports is critically important for Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is to substantiate the foundations and develop recommendations for enhancing the competitiveness of Ukraine’s IT exports. The objectives include analysing the theoretical foundations and the current state of IT exports, conducting international comparisons, developing the IIIC integral index, performing scenario modelling, and formulating proposals for state policy. The object of the research is the process of forming the competitiveness of Ukraine’s IT services exports. The subject of the research is the methodological and applied mechanisms for ensuring this competitiveness. The research methods include analysis and synthesis, statistical methods, economic and mathematical modelling, normalisation, integral assessment, SWOT analysis, and scenario modelling. The scientific novelty lies in the development of the IIIC index for comprehensive evaluation of institutional, human, technological, and market factors, as well as in combining integral assessment with scenario forecasting.
