dc.description.abstractПояснювальна записка складається зі вступу, восьми розділів, висновків і списку посилань з 24 найменувань. Загальний обсяг записки становить 109 сторінок основного тексту, 15 рисунків, 3 таблиць і 4 додатків. Метою проєкту є модернізація випарного апарата з виносною циркуляційною трубою, що дозволяє підвищити ефективність роботи випарного апарата. Записка містить опис технологічного процесу, вибір типу випарного апарату, його місце в технологічній схемі, технічну характеристику апарата, порівняння основних показників розробленої конструкції з аналогами, патентне дослідження конструкції, наведено заходи охорони праці, приведено розрахунки, щопідтверджують працездатність і надійність конструкції. Також наведено рекомендації з монтажу та експлуатації. Наведено модернізацію установки та визначено очікувані техніко-економічні показники. Визначений також рівень стандартизації та уніфікації.
dc.description.abstractotherThe explanatory note consists of an introduction, eight chapters, conclusions and a list of references with 24 names. The total volume of the note consists of 109 pages of the main text, 15 figures, 3 tables and 4 appendices. The purpose of the project is to modernize the evaporator with a remote boiling zone for the decomposition of phosphate raw materials, which allows to increase the efficiency of the evaporator. The note contains a description of the technological process, the choice of the type of evaporator, its place in the technological scheme, the technical characteristics of the apparatus, a comparison of the main indicators of the developed design with analogues, a patent study. design, measures for labor protection are given, calculations are given that confirm the operability and reliability of the design. Recommendations for installation and operation are given. The modernization of the installations is carried out and the expected technical and economic indicators are determined. The level of standardization and unification is also determined.
