dc.description.abstractУ дипломній роботі розглянуто економічну сутність поняття, основи формування та розвитку світового ринку праці, досліджено чинники впливу на трансформацію світового ринку праці в умовах Індустрії 4.0 та виявлено напрями трансформації світового ринку праці в умовах Індустрії 4.0. Розглянуто принципи функціонування світового ринку праці, проведено аналіз процесів трансформації світового ринку праці. Проведено порівняльний аналіз розвитку та впливу нових технологій на ринки праці таких країн, як США, Японія, Німеччина та Україна, зроблено висновки. Здійснено оцінку ефективності та перспективності трансформаційних процесів на світовому ринку праці в умовах Індустрії 4.0. Сформовано напрями активізації трансформації світового ринку праці в умовах Четвертої промислової революції. Запропоновано що можна використати для більшого впровадження нових технологій в сучасний світовий ринок праці. Також запропоновано механізми управління трудовими ресурсами під впливом трансформації світового ринку праці в умовах Індустрії 4.0.uk
dc.description.abstractotherThe thesis considers the economic essence of the concept, the basics of formation and development of the world labor market, investigates the factors influencing the transformation of the world labor market in Industry 4.0 and identifies areas of transformation of the world labor market in Industry 4.0. The principles of functioning of the world labor market are considered, the analysis of processes of transformation of the world labor market is carried out. A comparative analysis of the development and impact of new technologies on the labor markets of countries such as the United States, Japan, Germany and Ukraine, conclusions are drawn. The efficiency and prospects of transformation processes in the world labor market in the conditions of Industry 4.0 are estimated. The directions of intensification of transformation of the world labor market in the conditions of the Fourth industrial revolution are formed. It is suggested that it can be used for greater introduction of new technologies into the modern world labor market. Mechanisms of labor resources management under the influence of the transformation of the world labor market in the conditions of Industry 4.0 are also proposed.uk
