dc.description.abstractВивчення політичної еліти України перебуває на перетині кількох важливих дискусій у політології. Основні дискусії стосуються питання завершеності чи незавершеності процесу інституціоналізації української політичної еліти, механізмів її рекрутування та характеру структуризації цієї еліти. Ці аспекти є ключовими у формуванні політичної еліти, оскільки від їх розвитку залежать стабільність та ефективність політичної системи України. Тому головним аспектом дослідження є аналіз інституціоналізації вітчизняної політичної еліти, її рекрутування та структуризації, а також взаємодії між державою та бізнесом у контексті сучасних реформ. Для досягнення цієї мети використовувалися методи спостереження, узагальнення, синтез та аналіз з огляду на досвід українських і зарубіжних дослідників. Виявлено, що головною метою будь-якого суспільства є забезпечення високого рівня та якості життя його громадян. Важливу роль у цьому процесі відіграє держава, яка постійно бере участь у різних сферах суспільного життя та на різних рівнях. Проте саме бізнес як основа економічної системи відіграє ключову роль у наданні послуг населенню та допомагає державі виконувати свої зобов’язання перед громадянами. Дослідження показало, що в умовах сучасних реформ державного управління в Україні та розвитку ринкових відносин важливо досліджувати, як формується система державного управління і як розвиваються відносини між владою, бізнесом та суспільством. У статті наголошено, що бізнес не лише сприяє економічному розвитку, але й впливає на формування політики, соціальні зміни і забезпечення стабільності в країні. У цьому контексті важливо досліджувати, як ефективна взаємодія між державою і бізнесом може сприяти досягненню спільних цілей та покращенню добробуту суспільства. У результаті зроблено висновки про ефективність взаємозв’язків між державою та бізнесом, а також запропоновано заходи для їх вдосконалення, що становить практичну значимість дослідження для покращення співпраці між державними та бізнесовими структурами в Україні.
dc.description.abstractotherThe study of Ukraine’s political elite is at the intersection of several important debates in political science. The primary debates concern the completeness or incompleteness of the Ukrainian political elite’s institutionalization process, the mechanisms of its recruitment, and the nature of its structuring. These aspects are crucial to forming the political elite, as their development determines the stability and efficiency of Ukraine’s political system. The central aspect of the study is to analyze the institutionalization of the political elite, the mechanisms of its recruitment and structuring, and the interaction between the state and business in the context of modern reforms. To achieve this goal, the author used observation, generalization, synthesis, and analysis methods based on the experience of Ukrainian and foreign researchers. It is found that the primary goal of any society is to ensure a high standard of living and quality of life for its citizens. The state plays an essential role in this process and is constantly involved in various spheres of public life and at various levels. However, business, as the backbone of the economic system, plays a crucial role in providing services to the population and helps the state fulfill its obligations to citizens. The study has shown that in the context of modern public administration reforms in Ukraine and the development of market relations, it is important to study how the public administration system is being formed and how the relations between the government, business and society are developing. The author emphasizes that business contributes to economic development and influences policy-making, social change, and stability in the country. In this context, it is essential to explore how effective interaction between the state and business can contribute to achieving common goals and improving society’s welfare. As a result, the author has concluded the effectiveness of the relationship between the state and business and proposed measures to improve it. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the conclusions to improve cooperation between government and business structures in Ukraine.
