dc.description.abstractenThe object of development and design - modeling the behavior of the flow of polymer granules in the working area of the extruder. The purpose of the project - development, design and research according to the terms of reference, modeling the behavior of the flow of polymer granules in the working area of the extruder on the basis of PE 45x25, based on existing research, identifying opportunities. The explanatory note of the diploma project consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions, literature from 23 sources and 6 appendices, 39 figures, 1 table. The total volume of the note is ? pages. Does the graphic part fit ? drawings. The project contains the technological process of manufacturing PE pipes, its purpose and technological scheme. The paper presents the technical characteristics, considered the design and principle of operation of the unit for the manufacture of pipes made of PE, performed parametric, kinematic, thermal calculations and calculations of the strength of the worm, which confirm the efficiency and reliability of the machine. The project made a literature-patent search on the topic of modeling the behavior of the flow of polymer granules in the working area of the extruder. Also the bachelor's diploma project considers conformity of the developed machine to requirements of labor protection and gives recommendations on installation and operation of the device before production of a half-coupling.uk
dc.description.abstractukОб’єкт розробки та проектування - моделювання поведінки потоку полімерних гранул в робочій зоні екструдера. Мета проекту – розробка, проектування та дослідження згідно технічного завдання, моделювання поведінки потоку полімерних гранул в робочій зоні екструдера на базі ЧП 45х25, на основі уже існуючих досліджень, визначення можливостей. Пояснювальна записка дипломного проекту складається зі вступу, 3 розділів, висновків, літератури з 23 джерел та 4 додатків, 39 рис., 2 табл. Загальний обсяг записки становить ? сторінок. Графічна частина вміщує ? креслень. Проект містить технологічний процес виготовлення труб з ПЕ, його призначення та технологічну схему. В роботі представлені технічні характеристики, розглянуті конструкція і принцип дії агрегату для виготовлення труб з ПЕ, проведені параметричні, кінематичні, теплові розрахунки і розрахунки міцності черв'яка, які підтверджують ефективність і надійність роботи машини. У проекті було зроблено літературно-патентний пошук на тему моделювання поведінки потоку полімерних гранул в робочій зоні екструдера. Також дипломний проект бакалавра розглядає відповідність розробленого верстата вимогам охорони праці і дає рекомендації по установці і експлуатації пристрою перед виготовленням півмуфти.uk
