dc.description.abstractenThe dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodological provisions and provides practical recommendations on improving the implementation of the innovative strategy for the development of metallurgical enterprises. The understanding of the essence of the “innovative development strategy” is deepened, namely it is proposed to consider it as a targeted activity of determining the priority areas for enterprise development and its implementation through a set of new tools and methods under the conditions of the variability of the environment which are aimed at meeting the needs of consumers and ensuring sustainable development in the long term. On the basis of the study of the views of scientists, it is proposed to consider the capacity of enterprises to implement the innovative development strategy as an ability to achieve the goal with the help of new means and methods. According to the results of the analysis and systematization of the modern theoretical and methodological provisions of strategic development, the conceptual principles of implementation of the innovative strategy of the development of iron and steel companies in the conditions of turbulence of the environment based on the principles of immanence of innovations and personnel motivation are developed and supplemented with such elements as assessment of the company’s capacity to implement the innovative development strategy, the choice of means and methods of implementation of the innovative development strategy that are new to the enterprise, development and implementation of supporting subsystems for the implementation of the innovative development strategy. The scientific and methodological provisions for the assessment of the company’s capacity to implement the innovative development strategy are proposed. They take into account the specifics of the metallurgical industry enterprises, are based on the taxonomy method and the method of scoring, allow to assess the level and determining the directions of increasing the company’s capacity to implement the innovative development strategy. The composition of the determinants is presented, which greatly influence the implementation of the innovative development strategy. At the same time, the investigated determinants are arranged in the following groups: ecological and resource related, technical-technological, social and economic. This allows to reveal the main contradictions of innovative development of iron and steel companies, as well as to define and substantiate directions of their solution. The organizational and informational bases of implementation of innovative strategy of enterprise development are developed. They provide for the use of matrix structure, classification of regulating documents and integration of informational and functional connections. The theoretical and methodological provisions of control over implementation of the innovative development strategy based on a risk-oriented approach are improved. Taking into account the features of the operation of iron and steel companies, the subjects of control over the levels of management are specified, the objects of control are defined based on the identification of the revealed risks (financial, operational, personnel) and the probability of events that may have negative consequences for implementation of the innovative strategy of enterprise development. Control procedures are detailed, frequency of monitoring is specified, and the necessary informational support is described. The scientific and practical recommendations for the evaluation of the effectiveness of implementation of the innovative strategy of enterprise development are given. They provide for comparison of the actual and standard values of the efficiency indicator determined by the taxonomy method and provide the opportunity to identify the problem aspects of implementation of the innovative development strategy and to form a set of necessary actions to increase its efficiency.uk
dc.description.abstractruДиссертационная работа посвящена углублению теоретико-методических положений и разработке научно-практических рекомендаций по совершенствованию реализации инновационной стратегии развития металлургических предприятий. Исследована сущность и предложены определения понятий «инновационная стратегия развития предприятия», «способность предприятия к реализации инновационной стратегии развития». Определены принципы реализации инновационной стратегии развития предприятия. Сформированы концептуальные основы реализации инновационной стратегии развития предприятия. Усовершенствованы научно-методические положения оценки способности предприятия к реализации инноваций с учетом специфики металлургической отрасли. Определены детерминанты, влияющие на реализацию инновационной стратегии развития металлургических предприятий. Разработаны организационно-информационные основы реализации инновационной стратегии развития предприятия, предусматривающие применение матричной структуры, типологизацию регламентирующих документов и интеграцию информационно-функциональных связей. Усовершенствованы теоретико-методические положения контроля реализации инновационной стратегии развития, основанные на риск-ориентированном подходе. Предоставлены научно- практические рекомендации по оценке эффективности реализации инновационной стратегии развития предприятия путем сопоставления фактических и эталонного значений показателя эффективности и определен комплекс необходимых действий для повышения эффективности реализации стратегии.uk
dc.description.abstractukДисертаційну роботу присвячено поглибленню теоретико-методичних положень та розробленню науково-практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення реалізації інноваційної стратегії розвитку металургійних підприємств. Досліджено сутність і запропоновано визначення понять «інноваційна стратегія розвитку підприємства», «спроможність підприємства до реалізації інноваційної стратегії розвитку». Визначено принципи реалізації інноваційної стратегії розвитку підприємства. Сформовано концептуальні засади реалізації інноваційної стратегії розвитку підприємства. Удосконалено науково-методичні положення оцінювання спроможності підприємства до реалізації інновацій з урахуванням специфіки металургійної галузі. Визначено детермінанти, що впливають на реалізацію інноваційної стратегії розвитку металургійних підприємств. Розроблено організаційно-інформаційні засади реалізації інноваційної стратегії розвитку підприємства, що передбачають застосування матричної структури, типологізацію регламентуючих документів та інтеграцію інформаційно- функціональних зв’язків. Удосконалено теоретико-методичні положення контролю реалізації інноваційної стратегії розвитку, що базуються на ризико-орієнтованому підході. Надано науково-практичні рекомендації щодо оцінювання ефективності реалізації інноваційної стратегії розвитку підприємства шляхом зіставлення фактичних та еталонного значень показника ефективності та визначено комплекс необхідних дій для підвищення ефективності реалізації стратегії.uk
