dc.description.abstractenIn the article there are analyzed results of the foreign and native scientists of the definition of the notion "intellectual capital", “innovation-active enterprise”. The process of formation of the intellectual capital of innovation-active enterprise is demonstrated in there. The components of the creating process are the person's intellect, the capital of the innovatively-active enterprise and the enterprise itself. The main stages are as following: the formation of the knowledge, experience, competence; their combination with technical, organizational, financial and some other resources within the enterprise; the formation of intellectual innovative products (technologies), satisfaction of the consumers. The developing of the intellectual capital of the innovatively-active enterprise causes the positive effect for the social (additional training, social protection and liability), market (customer satisfaction, increased market value of the enterprise, competitiveness) and economic (receiving excess profits, increased sales of innovations) benefits. Besides, the author's definition of meaning of intellectual capital of innovation-active enterprise is formed.uk
