Анотація
This report presents the results of a sociological survey aimed at assessing the capacity of territorial communities in Buchansk District, Kyiv Oblast, to respond to crisis situations. The study was conducted using a quantitative methodology based on a structured, self-administered online questionnaire (CAWI method). The survey covered 12 territorial communities, with 510 completed responses collected between March and July 2025.
The structure of the report includes a detailed description of the research methodology, followed by the Codebook section outlining variable definitions and questionnaire structure. The Research Findings section presents aggregated data and key trends observed in the responses. This is followed by an Analytical Report that interprets the results in the context of community resilience, institutional trust, individual preparedness, and communication systems during emergencies. The Conclusions summarize the key insights and outline areas for potential improvement in crisis management and civic engagement. Finally, the Appendices contain descriptive statistics processed using Statistica software, providing a full overview of the dataset used in the analysis.
