dc.description.abstractApplication of Ag nanoisland films on Si substrate (Si/Ag) for surface enhancement of Raman signal from semiconductor quantum dots, namely CdSe/ZnS nanoparticles, is studied. Conditions of Si/Ag films annealing for the optimal signal enhancement are established.
