dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто формування організаційно-економічного інструментарію ефективного використання ресурсного потенціалу в екоіндустріальних парках. Використано порівняльний аналіз теоретичних, методичних та науково-практичних досягнень вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених у галузі вирішення проблем ресурсефективності. Розглянутий інструментарій ефективного використання ресурсного потенціалу дозволяє створити теоретичну та методичну основу для визначення стратегічних напрямів ресурсозбереження з явно вираженою орієнтацією на підвищення конкурентоспроможності та інвестиційної привабливості підприємств України при об’єднанні в еко-індустріальний парк. Виявлено основні блоки формування організаційно-економічного інструментарію ефективного використання ресурсного потенціалу на підприємствах, що відображають формалізацію правил використання ресурсів у рамках системи управління підприємством та взаємозв'язку компонентів ресурсного потенціалу. Визначено, що створення еко-індустріальних парків є механізмом промислового симбіозу для ефективного використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства.uk
dc.description.abstractotherThe article considers the formation of organizational and economic tools for the effective use of resource potential in eco-indastrial park. A comparative analysis of theoretical, methodological and scientific and practical achievements of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of solving problems of resource efficiency. Considered tools for efficient use of resource potential allows you to create a theoretical and methodological basis for determining strategic areas of resource saving with a clear focus on increasing the competitiveness and investment attractiveness of Ukrainian enterprises subject to entry into the ecoindustrial park. This provides an opportunity to combine the principles resource potential management in the conditions of dynamism, innovative susceptibility, technical and technological re-equipment of enterprises. Specific features of resource potential management at enterprises are formulated. The main blocks of the formation of organizational and economic tools for the effective use of resource potential at enterprises are identified, reflecting the formalization of the rules for the use of resources within the framework of the enterprise management system and the interconnection of the components of the resource potential. The definition of such concepts as "resource potential", "material and technological potential", "management of resource potential at enterprises", "mechanism for increasing the efficiency of using resource potential" is formulated. Innovation oriented approach to management of resource potential involves the transformation of classical parameters, taking into account the criteria of innovative management, which makes it possible to evaluate resource potential through comparative analysis of resource usage and changes business processes, production structure products and enterprise capabilities regarding technological and organizational innovations. It was determined that the creation of ecoindustrial parks is a mechanism of industrial symbiosis for the effective use of the enterprise's resource potential.uk
