dc.description.abstractenKasіanenko Y. Y. Information and communication support of innovative activity of agroindustrial enterprises. - Qualified work on the rights of the manuscript. Master's thesis on the specialty 073 "Management" specialization "Management of innovations". - National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky", Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2018. The volume of the dissertation is 101 pages. The main text of the dissertation contains 14 tables, 19 figures, 3 formulas. The list of sources used includes 60 titles and is set out on 7 pages. The urgency of the research topic is due to the slowing down of the innovative development of agro-industrial enterprises under the influence of lack of information and communication support and the limited demand for scientific and technological achievements. The need to address the issues raised requires the development of a structural and functional model for the formation of an integrated communication system for the development of the interaction of information and communications in the innovation activities of enterprises. The master's dissertation was carried out in accordance with the research plans of the management department on the topic "Information and communication support of innovative activity of agro-industrial enterprises (for example, LLC" Business Accelerator AgroCelleng ")." The aim of the work is to develop and substantiate scientific and methodological, theoretical positions and develop practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of effective information and communication support for agribusiness enterprises. The purpose of the research has caused the necessity of solving the following problems: - to deepen the theoretical positions concerning provision of information and communication support of innovative activity of enterprises; - to investigate the state of information and communication support of innovative activity of agroindustrial enterprises of Ukraine; - to determine the tendencies of development of innovative activity in the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine and to carry out the analysis of innovative activity of agroindustrial enterprises of Cherkassy region; - to develop recommendations for the improvement of mechanisms and cooperation on the basis of information and communication support of innovative activities of agro-industrial enterprises. The object of research is the innovative activity of agro-industrial enterprises. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of information and communication support of innovative activity of agro-industrial enterprises. The following research methods were used in the master's thesis: comparison, index, graphic and other methods, as well as systematization and generalization (for the development of recommendations and proposals for improving the information and communication support of agro-industrial enterprises), economic-statistical (for calculating the effectiveness of the directions of provision the interaction of agribusiness enterprises in the process of innovation), analytical and structural-logical (for the development of the system and the structure ry information and communication support), graphic (for representing mechanisms and cooperations based on information and communication support innovation). The scientific novelty of the study is as follows: - the specific features of the information transmission by communication channels were determined for increasing the innovative activity of agro-industrial enterprises, which allowed to determine the directions of ensuring the interaction of such enterprises in the process of innovation activity; - the center of subcontracting relations is proposed for more efficient management of innovative activity of agroindustrial enterprises, which makes it possible to implement innovative developments and inventions at domestic enterprises; - The existing theoretical positions regarding the formation of information and communication support at enterprises are specified and deepened. Approval of the results of work. The main provisions of the thesis were reported and discussed at the scientific and methodological seminars of the Department of Management during 2017-2018, as well as at all-Ukrainian scientific-practical conferences, in particular: VІІІ-IX all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences "Modern approaches to enterprise management (Kyiv, 2017-2018 gg.). Обсяг дисертації становить 101 сторінку. Основний текст дисертації містить 14 таблиць, 19 рисунків, 3 формули. Список використаних джерел налічує 60 найменувань та викладений на 7 сторінках. Актуальність теми дослідження зумовлена уповільненням інноваційного розвитку агропромислових підприємств під впливом недостатності інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпеченням та обмеженості попиту на науково-технічні досягнення. Необхідність вирішення порушених питань потребує розроблення структурно-функціональної моделі формування інтегрованої системи комунікацій розвитку взаємодії інформації та комунікацій в інноваційній діяльності підприємств. Магістерська дисертація виконувалась відповідно до планів наукових досліджень кафедри менеджменту за темою «Інформаційно-комунікаційне забезпечення інноваційної діяльності агропромислових підприємств (на прикладі ТОВ «Бізнес-акселератор Агрочеленж»)». Метою роботи є розроблення та обґрунтування науково-методичних, теоретичних положень та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо формування і реалізації ефективного інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення агропромислових підприємств. Поставлена мета дослідження обумовила необхідність вирішення таких завдань: – поглибити теоретичні положення щодо забезпечення інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності підприємств; – дослідити стан інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності агропромислових підприємств України; – визначити тенденції розвитку інноваційної діяльності в агропромисловому комплексі України та здійснити аналіз інноваційної діяльності агропромислових підприємств Черкаської області; – розробити рекомендації щодо удосконалення механізмів та кооперації на базі інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності агропромислових підприємств. Об’єктом дослідження є інноваційна діяльність агропромислових підприємств. Предметом дослідження виступають теоретико-методичні та прикладні аспекти інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності агропромислових підприємств. У магістерській дисертації було використано такі методи дослідження: порівняння, індексний, графічний та інші методи, а також систематизації та узагальнення (для розроблення рекомендацій та пропозицій щодо покращення інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення агропромислових підприємств), економіко-статистичний (для проведення розрахунків щодо ефективності напрямів забезпечення взаємодії агропромислових підприємств в процесі здійснення інноваційної діяльності), аналітичний і структурно-логічний (для розроблення системи та структури інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення), графічний (для представлення механізмів та кооперацій на базі інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності). Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у такому: – визначено характерні особливості передачі інформації комунікаційними каналами для збільшення інноваційної активності агропромислових підприємств, що дозволило визначити напрями забезпечення взаємодії таких підприємств в процесі здійснення інноваційної діяльності; – запропоновано центр субконтрактаційних відносин для ефективнішого управління інноваційною діяльністю агропромислових підприємств, що дає можливість впроваджувати інноваційні розробки та винаходи на вітчизняних підприємствах; – уточнено і поглиблено існуючі теоретичні положення щодо формування інформаційно-комунікаційного забезпечення на підприємствах. Апробація результатів роботи. Основні положення дисертації доповідались та обговорювались на науково-методологічних семінарах кафедри менеджменту протягом 2017—2018 років, а також на всеукраїнських науково-практичних конференціях, зокрема: VІІІ—ІХ Всеукраїнських науково-практичних конференціях «Сучасні підходи до управління підприємством, (м. Київ, 2017—2018 рр.). Публікації. За темою дисертації опубліковано 4 наукових праці загальним обсягом 6,02 д. а.
