dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація на тему «Управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства у сфері міжнародного бізнесу» містить 110 сторінок, 14 таблиць, 6 рисунків та 60 джерел. Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю підвищення конкурентоспроможності українських підприємств у мінливих умовах світового ринку, що характеризується високою конкуренцією, швидким технологічним розвитком та зростанням вимог до ефективності управління. Робота відповідає науковим дослідженням за спеціальністю 073 «Менеджмент» і спрямована на розвиток підходів до вдосконалення діяльності підприємств, що працюють на міжнародних ринках. Метою дослідження є теоретичне обґрунтування та розроблення рекомендацій щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності ТОВ «Гідро-Вакуум Україна». Для досягнення мети проаналізовано фактори та показники конкурентоспроможності, оцінено позиції підприємства та визначено напрями вдосконалення управлінських рішень. Об’єкт дослідження - процеси управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Предмет дослідження - інструменти та підходи підвищення конкурентних переваг. Базою дослідження є ТОВ «Гідро-Вакуум Україна». Застосовано методи економічного, порівняльного, SWOT та PEST аналізу. Наукова новизна полягає у поєднанні традиційних та сучасних підходів до управління конкурентоспроможністю, включаючи можливість застосування Agile, Lean та ISO 56002. Практичне значення - рекомендації можуть бути використані підприємством для підвищення ефективності роботи та зміцнення позицій на міжнародних ринках. Апробація результатів здійснена під час проходження практики на підприємстві та погоджена з керівником практики.
dc.description.abstractotherThe Master's dissertation titled “Managing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the field of international business” includes 110 pages, 14 tables, 6 figures. The bibliography contains 60 sources. The relevance of the research is determined by the growing competition, instability of external business conditions and the necessity for Ukrainian enterprises to strengthen their competitive advantages when operating in international markets. The work corresponds to the scientific direction of training specialists in specialty 073 “Management” and is aimed at improving approaches to the development and management of enterprises engaged in international business. The purpose of the dissertation is to theoretically substantiate and develop practical recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of Hydro-Vacuum Ukraine LLC. To achieve this goal, the dissertation examines factors and indicators of competitiveness, analyzes the current market position of the enterprise, and determines directions for improving strategic and managerial decisions. The object of the research is the processes of managing enterprise competitiveness. The subject of the research is the theoretical and practical approaches and tools used to strengthen competitive advantages of industrial enterprises. The methodological basis of the research includes economic and statistical analysis, comparative analysis, SWOT and PEST analysis, and logical generalization. The scientific novelty lies in the proposed combination of traditional assessment tools and modern approaches to enterprise development, including the potential use of Agile, Lean and ISO 56002 within the management system. The practical significance of the results is that the recommendations can be applied by the enterprise to improve the effectiveness of management decisions and reinforce its positions in international markets. Approbation of the research results was carried out during the internship at the enterprise and approved by the internship supervisor.
