dc.description.abstractМетою проекту проектування та модернізація насадкового протитечійного абсорбера для очищення повітря від аміаку. Поставлена задача досягається шляхом аналітичного визначення діаметра та висоти насадки, розрахунку матеріального балансу абсорбера, розрахунку висоти абсорбера, розрахунку гідравлічного опору абсорбера та розрахунків на міцність основних вузлів та деталей конструкції. Виконано аналіз результатів та зроблено висновки. Наведено список використаної літератури. Розрахунково–пояснювальна записка містить схему і опис технологічної схеми очищення повітря від аміаку та опис конструкції абсорбера. Графічна частина проекту включає в себе технологічну схему установки – А1; складальні креслення: абсорбер – А1, корпус – А1, опора – А2, кришка – А3, фланець – А3; плакати: 3D модель спроектованого абсорбера – А3, схема модернізації насадки абсорбера – А3. До складальних креслень виконано специфікації.
dc.description.abstractotherThe purpose of the project is to design and modernize a packed counter–current absorber for the removal of ammonia from air. The task is achieved through analytical determination of the packing diameter and height, material balance calculations of the absorber, absorber height calculation, hydraulic resistance estimation, and mechanical strength calculations of key components and structural elements. An analysis of the results is provided, followed by conclusions. A list of used references is included. The calculation and explanatory note contains a process flow diagram and description of the ammonia air purification technology, along with a detailed description of the absorber’s design. The graphical part of the project includes:The calculation and explanatory note contains a diagram and description of the technological scheme for purifying air from ammonia and a description of the design of the absorber. The graphic part of the project includes the technological scheme of installation – A1; assembly drawings: absorber – A1, body – A1, support – A2, cover – A3, flange – A3; posters: 3D model of the designed absorber – A3, scheme of modernization of the absorber nozzle – A3. Specifications for assembly drawings are made.
