dc.description.abstractМагістерська дисертація на тему: «Управління міжнародними операціями підприємства і напрями їх оптимізації на прикладі ТОВ «Helpware» містить 112 сторінок, 21 таблицю, 17 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань нараховує 89 найменувань. Актуальність теми визначається тим, що вумовах динамічних змін зовнішнього та внутрішнього економічного середовища ефективне здійснення міжнародної діяльності залежить від скоординованої та налагодженої роботи системи управління. Однак наявність прорахунків та недоліків при налагодженні комунікаційних зв’язків із міжнародними комерційними структурами, нехтування факторами їх ефективного функціонування, не приділення належної уваги організації та контролю реалізації обов’язків, прав та відповідальності суб’єктів міжнародних операцій в процесі співпраці призводять до невиконання зобов’язань сторонами зовнішньоторгівельного договору. Мета дипломної роботиполягає у дослідженні теоретичних основ та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управління міжнародними операціями підприємства і напрямів їх оптимізації. Досягнення мети забезпечується реалізацією таких завдань: -визначити сутність, значення та види міжнародних операцій підприємства;-дослідити механізм управління міжнародними операціями підприємства; -вивчити показники ефективності управління міжнародними операціями підприємства;-надати організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності підприємства;-дослідити міжнародні операції на підприємстві; -провести діагностику системи управління та ефективності міжнародних операцій підприємства; -визначити перспективи здійснення міжнародних операцій підприємства в контексті розвитку світового ринку послуг ІТ-аутсорсингу; -обґрунтувати напрями удосконалення управління міжнародними операціями підприємства;-здійснити оптимізацію реалізації міжнародних операцій та оцінку економічної ефективності запропонованих заходів. Об’єктом дослідженняє процес управління міжнародними операціями підприємства і напрямиїх оптимізації на підприємстві ТОВ«Helpware». Предметом дослідженняє теоретичні засади та прикладний інструментарій підвищення ефективності управління міжнародними операціями підприємства і напрямівїх оптимізації на підприємстві ТОВ«Helpware». Методи дослідження базуються на загальних теоретичних положеннях щодо сутності і принципів управління міжнародною діяльністю підприємства. 6У процесі дослідження застосовувалися загальноприйняті в економічній науці методи вивчення: теоретико-методологічний, абстрактно-логічний, статистично-економічний, системного аналізу. Основу дослідження склали наукові праці вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених, в яких висвітлені фундаментальні положення щодо управління міжнародними операціями підприємства. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в удосконаленні методичних підходів щодопідвищення ефективності управління міжнародними операціями підприємства і напрямів їх оптимізації. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Основнівисновки та практичні рекомендації дипломної роботи можуть бути застосовані в практиці підприємств для забезпечення ефективності їх міжнародних операцій. Розраховано економічний ефект від впровадження пропозицій, наданих у третьому розділі дипломної роботи.uk
dc.description.abstractenMaster's thesison «Management of international operations of the enterprise and directions of their optimization on the example of LLC «Helpware»» includes 112 pages, 21 tables, 17 drawings, 6 attachments. The bibliography list consists of 89 items. The urgency of the topic is determined by the fact that in conditions of dynamic changes in the external and internal economic environment, the effective implementation of international activities depends on the coordinated and well-functioning work of the management system. However, the presence of failures and shortcomings in establishing communication links with international commercial structures, the neglect of the factors of their effective functioning, the lack of due attention to the organization and control of the implementation of duties, rights and responsibilities of actors of international operations in the process of cooperation lead to non-the parties to the foreign trade agreement. The purpose of the thesis is to study the theoretical foundations and to develop practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of management of international operations of the enterprise and their optimization. Achievement of the goal is ensured through the implementation of the following tasks: -to define essence, values and types of international operations of the enterprise; -to investigate the mechanism of management of international operations of the enterprise;-to study indicators of the efficiency of management of international operations of the enterprise; -provide organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise;7 -to study international operations at the enterprise; -to conduct diagnostics of the system of management and efficiency of international operations of the enterprise; -to define the prospects of implementation of international operations of the enterprise in the context of development of the world market of IT outsourcing services; -to substantiate directions of improvement of management of international operations of the enterprise; -to optimize the implementation of international operations and assess the economic effectiveness of the proposed measures. The object of the study is the process of managing the international operations of the enterprise and the directions of their optimization at the company "Helpware LLC". The subject of the study is theoretical principles and applied tools for improving the management of international operations of the enterprise and directions of their optimization at the company «Helpware Ltd». Methods of research are based on general theoretical positions on the essence and principles of management of the international activity of the enterprise. In the process of research used commonly used in economic science methods of study: theoretical and methodological, abstract-logical, statistical-economic, system analysis. The basis of the study consistedof scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, which highlighted the fundamental provisions for the management of international operations of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the results is to improve the methodological approaches to improving the efficiency of management of international operations of the enterprise and the direction of their optimization. The practical value of the results. The main conclusions and practical recommendations of the thesis can be applied in the practice of enterprises to ensure the efficiency of their international operations. The economic effect from the implementation of the proposals provided in the third section of the thesis is calculated.uk
