dc.description.abstractenThe existing approaches to building a management system at the enterprise are analyzed. The nature of the impact of transformations in the organizational-economic structure of the enterprise on the efficiency of its activity is analyzed. The methods of evaluation of the effectiveness of organizational management structures are investigated. The necessity of implementation of organizational changes at the enterprise is substantiated. The specificity and causes of the emergence of resistance to the transformation as the integral elements in the control system are revealed. The offered approaches, allowing to estimate opportunities and readiness of management of the enterprise to make radical changes. The directions of improvement of the management system for organizational and economic changes at the enterprise are formulated. The economic indicators of the effectiveness of structural adjustment of an enterprise and mechanisms of their application are considered. The factors of increasing the efficiency of line managers' activity at the enterprise are systematized. The provisions of effective management in the enterprise are developed on the basis of the program-target approach and system-target approach. The methodological approach to organizational and economic design, as a tool for improving the management system, is proposed. Correlation dependence of the main tasks of the programs and sections of the plan of development of enterprises of the real sector of the economy is established. The interconnection of the structural divisions of the management service and inspection of the quality of the enterprise is presented. The main details and elements of the system-target approach are formulated. It is proved that the system-purpose approach to the design of organizational-financial management structure is a complex quantitative and qualitative characteristic of the system of strategic management. System differences of opposition to transformation processes in the enterprise are found out. Methodological approaches to the assessment of the possibility and feasibility of implementation of organizational and economic transformations at the domestic enterprise are offered. The system-target approach to designing the organizational-economic structure of the management of the production process is proposed.en
dc.description.abstractukПроаналізовані існуючі підходи до побудови системи управління на підприємстві. Проаналізовано характер впливу перетворень в організаційно-економічній структурі підприємства на ефективність його діяльності. Досліджено методи оцінки ефективності організаційних структур управління. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження організаційних змін на підприємстві. Розкрито специфіку і причини виникнення опору перетворенням як невід'ємних елементів у системі управління. Запропоновані підходи, що дозволяють оцінювати можливості і готовність керівництва підприємства до проведення радикальних змін. Сформульовано напрями вдосконалення системи управління організаційно-економічними змінами на підприємстві. Розглянуто економічні індикатори результативності структурної перебудови підприємства і механізми їх застосування. Систематизовано фактори підвищення ефективності діяльності лінійних керівників на підприємстві. Розроблені положення щодо ефективного управління на підприємстві з точки зору програмно-цільового і системно-цільового підходів. Запропоновано методологічний підхід до організаційно-економічного проектування, як інструменту вдосконалення системи управління. Встановлена кореляційна залежність основних завдань програм та розділів плану розвитку підприємств реального сектору економіки. Представлено взаємозв'язок структурних підрозділів служби управління та інспектування якості продукції підприємства. Сформульовані основні деталі та елементи системно-цільового підходу. Доведено, що системно-цільовий підхід до проектування організаційно-фінансової структури управління, являє собою складну кількісно-якісну характеристику системи стратегічного управління. З’ясовано системні відзнаки виникнення спротиву трансформаційним процесам на підприємстві. Запропоновано методологічні підходи до оцінки можливості і доцільності впровадження організаційно-економічних трансформацій на вітчизняному підприємстві. Запропоновано системно-цільовий підхід до проектування організаційно-економічної структури управління процесом виробництва.uk
