dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти формування синергії управління ресурсами та витратами в системі підвищення ефективності аграрного виробництва. Обґрунтовано, що в умовах ресурсних обмежень досягнення високих економічних результатів аграрних підприємств можливе лише за умови інтеграції ресурсного та витратного менеджменту. Розкрито сутність управління ресурсами й витратами, визначено складові ресурсного потенціалу аграрного підприємства. Доведено, що узгоджена взаємодія процесів раціонального використання ресурсів та оптимізації витрат забезпечує виникнення синергетичного ефекту, який проявляється у зниженні собівартості продукції, підвищенні продуктивності ресурсів, зростанні прибутковості та конкурентоспроможності підприємств. Запропоновано концептуальну схему синергії управління ресурсами та витратами, що відображає взаємозв’язок між ресурсним потенціалом, управлінськими інструментами та економічними результатами діяльності.
dc.description.abstractotherThe article investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of forming the synergy of resource and cost management in the system of agricultural production efficiency. It is substantiated that under conditions of resource constraints, increased production risks, climate instability and market volatility, achieving sustainable economic results of agricultural enterprises is possible only through an integrated approach to managing resources and costs. The essence of resource management and cost management is revealed, and the main components of the resource potential of an agricultural enterprise are identified and characterized. Their role in the formation of production results and the cost structure is determined. It is proved that coordinated interaction between the rational use of resources and cost optimization processes ensures a synergistic effect, which manifests in a reduction of production costs, an increase in resource productivity, profitability and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. Special attention is paid to the synergistic approach as a modern management tool that enables the integration of strategic resource management with operational cost control. A conceptual scheme of synergy between resource and cost management is proposed, reflecting the interrelation between resource potential formation, managerial instruments and economic outcomes. The practical value of the study lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approaches and recommendations in the management activities of agricultural enterprises to improve decision-making, optimize resource allocation, reduce production costs and enhance overall efficiency. The implementation of resource-saving technologies, digital accounting and control systems, and integrated planning is considered a key factor in achieving a synergistic effect. It is concluded that synergistic management of resources and costs creates prerequisites for sustainable development, financial stability and long-term competitive advantages of agricultural enterprises in a dynamic business environment.
